“Ordered the star pendant necklace with an added birthstone charm as a gift for my goddaughter. Lovely necklace - the star is just the right size and weight, and the simple birthstone setting was very pretty. It arrived very quickly, well packaged in a smart little presentation box with Hersey crest. This is the second Hersey necklace I’ve given someone as a gift, and I’m sure I’ll order from them again. Lovely classic silver jewellery & fantastic service.”

“Ordered a satin hammered engraved small wrist band. Hersey were good enough to send through a proof of the typeset I’d requested. As requested bracelet/wrist band arrived the following day. Very nice packaging, very pleased.”

“I am glad to have this opportunity to tell you that I am NOT pleased. I bought a silver penknife in the hope that it would replace my friend's stainless steel family heirloom that was taken from him on the memorable occasion of paying homage to our late Queens coffin. I hoped it would go in some measure to console the loss. However, when I opened the well-wrapped item, to my horror I see this crudely engraved silver penknife. I tried the knife out and again was disappointed as I think it would only cut butter!!! I did feel like phoning you up but thought better of it. After all, it was I who thought it would be a great idea to have it engraved. It looks like something from a Xmas cracker instead of £180 worth of silver.”

“This is my second time purchasing a bracelet. I love the quality and the guarantee of the silver quality. On the wrist is very comfortable and looks nice! I requested an engraving that was accurate but could be more marked and visible. I think this depends on the writing type but it is the only remark. Delivery was extremely quick and smooth, and I recommend this shop 100%.”

“What a wonderful company to buy from! Everything was done promptly and arrived before the time given. The goods, in this case, was a golf ball marker with an inscription. Wonderfully well presented from the box to free silver cloth and execution of the script and engraving. I am a very happy customer and would recommend to anyone and use it again.”
