“The i-temp terrior programmable radiator control is very good and meets our requirements. However once installed it is not at all easy to make program changes which is particularly annoying when you need to crouch down to do it. J Firth”

“Ordered a Drayton 2 port Valve at very competitive price, arrived next day - better than promised so very pleased. However found that a small but essential plastic part had been damaged by the heavy brass valve unit rattling around in the box. Immediate Email very helpful, damaged actuator returned under RMA (Freepost) and replacement supplied in a few days. Overall good service as damage possibly as much due to manufacturers packaging as handling in the post.”

“The range of goods is excellent, the website easy to navigate and delivery is prompt. My only quibble was with the additional information provided for one of the items I bought, a Horstmann H27 XL Series 2 Channel.Plus. It stated that this unit would replace my H527 with"same backplate and wiring for easy changeover". What it failed to mention is that the backplate is on the right hand side, while that on the H27 is on the left. Because my programmer is mounted near a wall edge, there is no way I can mount the new unit without moving the wall plate and all the wiring. It's not going to be such an easy changeover! I appreciate that the exact position of the programmer will not matter to most people, but in my case I wish I had known before I purchased it.”

“Replaced Danfuss 4033 central heating and hot water programmer, for same model that had been in operation since 1986. The new model works well but the switches that operate Timer - Off - On do not appear as robust as the switches on the original timer.”

“The controls arrived on time and in good condition, but there were no instructions. The Drayton website would not allow me to give the information, so had to turn to an unconnected company to download the instructions. Otherwise the client would not have anything in which to refer.”
