“Looking for replacement actuator for Sunvic 2 port MOMO. Found one on site that seems to be the one, others have used the same. Ordered, prompt delivery and good tracking. Only given 4 currently, yet to be fitted when I next visit daughter/son-in-law, hope they don’t get too cold before then.”

“Heating controls online were good but were let down by their courier company FedEx who were appalling. FedEx updated their website to say the parcel had been refused by the recipient. This was a lie, they hadn't even turned up. I had to go to the depot and get it myself which was adding insult to injury as I had paid extra to have it delivered by courier to get it quicker.”

“Prompt despatch. Dial thermometer could do with lot smaller attachment spring for smaller pipes. Also, need to cool the back of the dial for the needle to drop for another reading.”

“No phone number but they made up for it with rapid and knowledgeable replies to email queries, sending manufacturer's product information. Seems to be good stock as well. We are a bit mystified by the terms and conditions which don't seem to be quite appropriate for selling to heating engineers .....”
