The range of goods is excellent, the website easy to navigate and delivery is prompt. My only quibble was with the additional information provided for one of the items I bought, a Horstmann H27 XL Series 2 Channel.Plus. It stated that this unit would replace my H527 with"same backplate and wiring for easy changeover". What it failed to mention is that the backplate is on the right hand side, while that on the H27 is on the left. Because my programmer is mounted near a wall edge, there is no way I can mount the new unit without moving the wall plate and all the wiring. It's not going to be such an easy changeover! I appreciate that the exact position of the programmer will not matter to most people, but in my case I wish I had known before I purchased it.
