“The website was clear with good information and had additional information that was not available on the manufacturers web site about which controllers could be replaced by the one purchased without re-wiring the back-plate. The item was delivered on time and in good condition.”

“We broke our current heating controls and were unsure of which replacement to get. Having phoned your company I was advised the correct one and give instructions on fitting it. I ordered online with no problems and the new controls were dispatched very quickly. Nothing to complain about there. The only gripe would be that while spending over £70 we still had to pay for postage, many companies offer free postage. A small gripe in the grand scheme of things. Would happily recommend your company to others.”

“Items ordered where not in stock but an e-mail to supplier who responded promptly advised delivery date. In the end they supplied just before the advised date. Very happy, the items ordered where a little out of the norm. The only reason not to give 5 star, unusual items where not in stock.”

“There's not many places where I can get the TVR4c valves, but here is one - so that's good - but they are expensive compared with what they used to be. I suppose that is down to lack of competition from elsewhere All in all, I'm happy, because I can still get them DD”

“Re: Horstmann H37 XL Channel. Plus The central heating programmer seems, up to now, to be functioning well. My one complaint, would be that there are no wiring diagrams in the manual provided, consequently, the first attempt the electrician made was wrong, and the heating failed to come on the next morning. It was corrected fairly quickly and as I say, seems to be doing what it is supposed to. Heating 2 is redundant on my system since there is no adequate explanation in the literature, as to its purpose. Again, this should be made clear in the user manual.”
