“The service and delivery of goods from HCO was excellent but unfortunately the quality of the adaptors for the Myson TRV's was poor. The threads were so badly machined that it was only with the greatest difficulty that I eventually got the TRV replacement Heads to fit.”

“The ordering and delivery was good, however the product is another matter. It was sold as a direct replacement for the Randall 922 already in place. We could not take out the wall plate supplied had to resort to using a screwdriver to release it. Then the unit would not programme. The cover flap kept falling off . As we were carrying out this change over the weekend we could not get advice. Waiting until Monday to take this and other points up with the technical services .”

“The i-temp terrior programmable radiator control is very good and meets our requirements. However once installed it is not at all easy to make program changes which is particularly annoying when you need to crouch down to do it. J Firth”
