“There's not many places where I can get the TVR4c valves, but here is one - so that's good - but they are expensive compared with what they used to be. I suppose that is down to lack of competition from elsewhere All in all, I'm happy, because I can still get them DD”

“Re: Horstmann H37 XL Channel. Plus The central heating programmer seems, up to now, to be functioning well. My one complaint, would be that there are no wiring diagrams in the manual provided, consequently, the first attempt the electrician made was wrong, and the heating failed to come on the next morning. It was corrected fairly quickly and as I say, seems to be doing what it is supposed to. Heating 2 is redundant on my system since there is no adequate explanation in the literature, as to its purpose. Again, this should be made clear in the user manual.”

“Dear Sir/Madam, You and the Delivery Company certainly sent enough emails including a final email stating when the part would be delivered that is between 6,26 pm to 7.26 pm. And indeed the part was delivered between those times. It would be helpful to have a tracking code or number as it would enable one to leave the delivery address. The part was fine and the CH system is working apparently perfectly. So the only remark I would make is that it would be helpful to have a tracking code. Thank you very much. “Package arrive post haste and was the right one. It worked fine. A couple of comments. It says it is fully compatible but was not quite for us. This Siemens one is slightly larger than our Landis and Gyr one, it has a slight lip. It was mounted just below a cupboard so I had to remount it anyway to get it on. The Landis and Gyr was a mechanical one and much simpler with the same functions, to operate, and view its settings.”

“The service and delivery were extremely good and efficient. The only reason that I have not awarded 5 stars is that the USB programming stick software downloaded was all in German with no English translation. On bringing this to their attention they very quickly provided the correct English version by email. They were aware of this faulty software so it would have been nice if this had been provided automatically rather than waiting for the request. Overall good products and excellent service.”

“I found the website easy to use, the price was considerably cheaper then the other sites I viewed, the overall service was great and was kept informed of delivery at regular intervals (email and text) right up to the time it was delivered during the time slot that was allocated. I would recommend Heating Controls Online to everyone.”
