After speaking to delta Dore who make the items, I contacted heating online, who accepted the return of the item and have confirmed I will be reimbursed within 5 working days. “I had been informed that the item needed for my underfloor heating was obsolete. This company guided me to the right component for my particular system and sent me the link to order. My heating engineer is excellent but was totally unable to source what was needed to enable my heating to work. I am so thankful to Heating Controls.”

“The Potterton EP2 appearred to be good - well packaged and delivered on time - but the technical description said that it could be used with the existing backplate of the EP2000. In my case this was not true, because the dimond shaped moulding on the reverse of the front plate fouled the mass of wiring in the EP200 back plate, so would not fit. My electrician said that it would not be possible to rearrange the wiring so that if could fit. A great pity because basically the EP2 is good. I was give a full refund - thank you.”
