“I purchased a Danfoss Randall 4033 timer which was perfect except that the clock did not work. Returning the said item and getting a replacement was no problem and the response was excellent. Unfortunately the clock on the replacement timer still does not work although manually it is fine. The original timer was a 4033 Mk 3 and the new one is a 4033 10A01. I think that there must be a wiring problem somewhere. I have e-mailed Danfoss but have received no reply. Other than that, your service is very good and I would use you again”

“I ordered a replacement for my heating system controller after the existing one broke down. I found the site easy to use and was able to locate a direct replacement from the description(s). I suppose the delivery charge was reasonable and the item came next day enabling me to fit and program it.”

“Good heating controls. Arrived the very next day which was impressive. The controls were expensive but Heating Controls on line were cheaper than most for this product.”

“The part was exactly what I wanted to repair a valve, my only issue was it was greatly over priced, but as the other only option was to change the type of valve and the work that was involved it was easier to rebuilt insitue the existing one.and pay up.”

“The controls from heatingcontrolsonline are easy to select and delivered promptly in a well packaged form. The previous order that we received to this one was not correct, and correcting it was not made easy as we had to send the wrong article back before we got the correct one and it wasn't our mistake. Heatingcontrolsonline do not take responsibility for failurs and defects, instead directing to the manufacturer which can be tedious and more awkward than buying from a local shop. Generally useful website. Don't allow for trade accounts so payment process is unhelpful.”

Thank you for your review. Our returns process offers the option of a replacement first, should you wish. We also deal with all returns ourselves, unless requested by the manufacturer, we do not refer onto manufacturers for general warranty replacements.

“I'm a DIYer. The right product, at the cheapest price I could find for immediate purchase, was ordered just before 3.00 pm one day and was delivered the next day at 12.00 pm. The only reason for not awarding five stars was because the delivery company gave my package to the wrong neighbour - not really Heating Controls Online's fault! Otherwise I also found the service by the delivery company - Interlink Express - very good, with the ability to track your driver's whereabouts online and with an actual delivery time prediction being emailed ahead. I did pause to check out the payment company which was not one I recognised and some reviews were quite negative. But I had no problems at all and payment wasn't taken from my account until the day after the delivery had been made. Totally satisfied.”

“We would like to thank you for the excellent service we received and the unit arrived at the time specified. It was a 'like for like' replacement for a +27-year old programmer. The only thing to find fault with is that no backplate was provided with the replacement unit: electrician had to use the existing backplate”

“Generally a very good company with some very interesting products. They are capable of sending the wrong stuff though, and not massively helpful about sending out the right stuff once the problem is identified, This can delay jobs which isn't very helpful to professional installers who have to go back on another day to finish a job. They don't do trade accounts either, which again isn't great for installers who then have to put transactions onto their personal credit cards rather than having the company billed. Over all, still a 'Good' though ! J/.”
