“Service, price and ease of ordering were all fine. Delivery was efficient too. I purchased Drayton TRVs with lockshield and drain offs and also some 15mm to 10mm reducers for the valves. The only difficulty I had was that the reducers were so thick that it was very difficult to couple the pipe to the valve. I ended up canibalising some 15mm T fittings to use the very slightly deeper coupling nuts they had. Even then it was not easy and the first threads took a huge strain as the reducers were pushed into place. Perhaps there's a better (shorter) reducer available which I may have been able to use.”
