Awful experience. not next day delivery but 5 days later after 7 complaints emails ! would never use again. which is a pity as flowers were beautiful so credit there !

I booked a delivery for the 18th December, flowers were not delivered. Contacted in writing their customer services and recieved a sytandard reply back stationg they would get back to me. Five hours later no reply. Tried their phone number and just got a continual tune before the line went dead after 6 minutes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dreadful shabby product that ruined our anniversary when it turned up. After complaining to the company I received a pathetic offer of £10 off a future purchase. DO NOT use this company!

I contacted the company two days before the delivery date to ask to add the surname and alter the card. I was told the order had already been dispatched, only then on the day AFTER when I booked for delivery i received an email saying it had been delivered on the Thursday, not the Wednesday as arranged. Company response that ‘I hadn’t guaranteed’ the delivery date by paying extra and that delivery to areas of Scotland (this was NOT a remote location) were sometimes not able to be to have their deliveries on time. So sad that the offer of a £10 voucher to use the company again was the only recompense. Hate it when in the face of a legitimate complaint a company relies on small print. Needless to say myself and family will NOT use this ‘haute’ company again … and do they care… not a ‘hot’

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. So disappointed 😔 Ordered for next day delivery. 3rd day still hasn't arrived. Meant to be 24 hr tracked delivery with Royal Mail. Yes tracked to the sorting office and emailed 4 times with different times and still no delivery. Requested a refund to be told that they won't be refunding my order! They can refund the delivery fee tho! £4!! Even though items haven't been received? (£49) To be told I can dispute it with my card provider if I like but they have the option to refuse to refund! DO NOT USE!!!

The delivery was poorly managed as the address was a school and the flowers were delivered late evening where neither school was opened nor recipient present. After calling the school to see if anyone was there, it was only by chance a teacher had stayed behind. Having accepted the delivery, I had to go to the school and pick up the flowers to personally give to the recipient. More shockingly, the recipient sent photos of the flowers which were certainly not luxury for the price I paid. They were dry and almost half dead, let alone the medium size I ordered. I certainly will not be using Haute again and would recommend others not to be fooled by the photos on the website!

Awful company. I buy a lot of flowers for deliver and I will not be using this company again. Flowers arrived wilted so I complained. Told they were fine. They were not. The roses head were floppy. They are guaranteed for 7 days (spoiler, they are not) so I was told to email back in a week. I did. By now the roses heads had rotted and come off the stalk. They told me I should have emailed sooner and to get lost basically. £55 down the drain. Stick to M and S or next.

Only 1 stem of lilies (3buds and didn’t blossom) 2 stems antirrhinums drooped overnight 4 roses wilted on day 4 - 4. carnation stems fine). On complaining on day 5 I was told only claims are valid by day 3! I would never ever trust this company to deliver fresh and beautiful flowers; best going to a supermarket at a third of the price OR use Interflora!!

Would give them zero if i could. My partner sent flowers I never got. Royal Mail claims they attempted delivery which they didn't. I was home, I reviewed my ring footage for the day and no one attempted to delivery. Spoke to customer service and they said that since royal mail attempted to delivery (which they didn't) they can't refund me or send a replacement. Safe to say, the service sucks. NO REFUND, NO FLOWERS, NOTHING.

Flowers arrived on time, they were dealt with as per the paperwork , however by today , the very next day the roses are all wilted as well as all other flowers , really not great as this was an 80 birthday wish to an ex florist owner and when I saw them I was so upset , !!!

Flowers were lovely, but missed delivery date and sister had gone away for weekend when arrived. Refunded postage, but missed the point really.

Paid for next day delivery and the flowers never came. The company did not seemed to be helpful in solving problems for clients.

I ordered some flowers for my mum since I couldn't be with her on her birthday. I chose a lovely bunch and paid extra to receive these the next working day. Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered and I was not aware that they had not been delivered until later that evening when I didn't hear from my mum. I contacted Haute Florist customer service and was informed that there was nothing they could do to assist me. I requested a refund for the next day delivery fee since this is a service I paid for and was told that the customer service agent would not be able to assist me. I asked that the bouquet not be delivered anymore and was told there was nothing that could be done. I do not expect this level of service for the amount that I had paid. Especially during a Christmas period which is already very expensive, I think it is only fair to receive what you pay for and to be compensated when you don't. Really disappointed.

Firstly, their system cropped my card message even though it met the character limits. Tried to contact them to resolve it but their customer service rep Zahra blamed me for not contacting them sooner when I literally tried to reach them as soon as I received my order confirmation. Secondly, I order a medium Country Wild Garden, paid extra for this larger bouquet as displayed on their website but the bouquet that was sent looks so terrible honestly I'm so embarrassed that these were the flowers that were sent to my friend. Moral of the story, I'm never ordering from Haute Florist again. There is nothing "haute", high-class or fancy about the flower bouquets.

Hat Box flowers arrived with 11 of the roses broken stems at the bottom of the delivery box. Contacted Haute to be offered £15 for a £70 purchase, joke. Requested that the send a replacement they said that this was not their policy. Surely if the product is not fit for purpose then a replacement should be offered. Customer service needs to be revised to meet their statements of 100% satisfaction guarantee. This is stated throughout their T&T'c its a shame they don't live by their words.

Do not purchase from here - my flowers came a day late and my white roses were brown. I emailed them along with photographic evidence and they gave me terrible customer service and offered no compensation apart from a £10 credit onto my account - yet after the extremely poor service and poor quality they must be delusional that I would shop here again and therefore refused this insulting offer. I highly advise no one else to shop here unless you want dead flowers for your loved ones funeral which was in my case - the irony. In addition they addressed me by the wrong name, yet having sent numerous emails. This company lacks in every aspect possible and clearly customer service and quality is not a focal point.

Worst possible florists I have ever dealt with. They lie about the flowers, the size and the look and the delivery. I ordered a 65 pounds flower for a friends birthday who was very depressed and lonely and I needed the flowers to arrive on her birthday. They didn’t arrive at all and when I contacted them asking for why, they said sorry we don’t guarantee a delivery date even if it’s for a birthday. The customer service lady was awful she was laughing at me when I was expressing my stress and they basictly stole 60 pounds from me without delivering my flowers and refused to refund it. I would never buy from them

Don’t trust this company. Firstly there was broken stem flowers in the bunch. Secondly the actual bundle looked nothing alike the one they advertised in the picture. Their customer service is also very poor as they kept on asking me for pictures and responding no issues with quality. Could have ordered a much better quality product from somewhere else with the price I paid.

An over reliance on a 3rd party courier company has resulted in expensive flowers being delivered to a building, not a person. Four days later the flowers I ordered are still not with my friend, still lost inside the building, not delivered to a person, but simply left with the rest of the daily post, stationery & mail in some back office, somewhere. Haute in their own defence say they can't control their delivery supplier, it's not their fault and the flowers 'were delivered'. What a waste of money & flowers. Brand fail.
