Didnt honor our delivery date, poor communication when things werent arriving on time, package is now 5 days late so sadly not sure our friends will receive the nice flowers we paid for.

I can see from the tracking that delivery was attempted on your chosen date but there was no one in. We are very sorry that our friends may not receive the nice floral arrangement you paid for. terrible...delivered 4 days late flowers dead...no apology or offer of refund let alone sending another bunch for my mothers 80th birthday. Part of the prestige gifting group will never use them again.

Absolutely appalled to discover the LARGE bouquet and vase I ordered was not delivered! In its place a totally substandard arrangement was delivered apparently not even “arranged” multiple stems were missing and cheaper flowers and foliage had been substituted. Absolute scam ! Oh and the vase ??

Ordered an expensive bunch of flowers for very special occasion. Due to be delivered 26th. This company choose Royal Mail who attempted to deliver but state recipient wasn’t in. Therefore could not deliver. The recipient was actually at home. Delivery having failed this company say it’s my problem to chase up my goods. I didn’t arrange the delivery therefore believe it is their responsibility. They have refused a refund and incidentally the flowers still have not arrived. Very very poor after service and totally disappointing result. Will never ever use this company again. They abdicate total responsibility for THEIR ACTIONS AND CHOICES of delivery. I paid extra to ensure delivery date and have been totally let down and robbed of £70.00. As a pensioner that’s a lot of money for me. They refuse to refund me.

Purchased via Topcashback. Declined to pay cash back owed to me at Topcashback. Flowers arrived on time but I could not get tracking info as system was down. Customer services were very helpful confirming order was on way. Flowers were not worth the money paid. Would not use again.

I have used Haute and prestige a number of times for next day delivery and they have always been great even ordering last minute- how ever on this occasion- my flowers did not arrive with the recipient. I had continuous tracking from Royal mail to say they would be received yesterday as they were at Wimbledon DO. but they never arrived. I now have a new email from Royal mail saying they only arrived at Wimbledon DO today now and will be delivered today. This is not acceptable and the person in question will not be at home today

I purchased from you for the first time, normally my go to is interflora or local florist but decided to have a change for my sisters birthday. I won’t be purchasing from you and advising my friends and family… the flowers have died within 2 days of having them. I am actually really upset that this has happened as I paid nearly £50 on these flowers… I won’t be using you again

I have used Haute on many occasions and found them to be excellent. However, I ordered a bunch of flowers delivered on Saturday a week ago for my wife(who is a trained Florist). The flowers had wilted by Tuesday and by Saturday most were dead. I took this up with Haute Florist who told me that as I hadn't made the complaint within 3 days (apparently a condition I entered into when I ordered them!). They would not be prepared to take any remedial action. I sent photos of the now dead flowers but they would not budge! The implication is that after 3 days you are on your own. Even Supermarkets guarantee 7 days freshness!

Order was processed without reading the label explaining the flowers were for a funeral the next day at noon. Email requesting if this could be done was not answered and the staff were robotic in referring me to their terms disowning any responsibility and without any consideration for my distress. The roses which were 4 hours late for the funeral also arrived more than fully open. The company has a lot to learn in customer relations. The explanation I received to processing without reading the label .. it's done automatically! By Ai.....by foreign speaking workers...I received an email at 2 30am to say my order was prepared. This company needs to be investigated.

This company indicate on Facebook that they provide Next day delivery for orders placed before 10pm. They have no intention of providing this service. They failed in their advertised delivery standard. Initially they told me it was because I was in Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland or an Island (none of which is relevant) and then threw small print at me to suggest that they cannot be responsible if they don’t deliver because they use a courier. Misrepresenting and then blaming another organisation when you fail to deliver on time is highly unprofessional. I won’t be using them again and will go back to a trusted supplier (which they are not)

Extremely disappointing service - the flowers were not delivered next day as ordered. Although the website has a tab for "Next Day Flowers" it cannot actually guarantee any delivery day or time as it relies on 3rd party delivery services (in my case, Royal Mail). It seems the flowers were left in a van for a couple of days before being delivered. The website is extremely misleading. I contacted the customer service team and tthey were extremely unhelpful - asked multiple times for the delivery address despite having the information on the order. They repeated the response that they cannot be responsbile for delivery - very poor considering the advertising on their website and they charge for delivery. Will not use this company again. Terrible.

Really disappointing experience for a first time customer. Royal Mail tracking not working, despite paying £9.00 for next day delivery, before 1pm. The service is not up to standard. Staff on chat couldn't offer any assistance, and I can see this isn't the first time you've had issues with RM. It was important these arrived on time and ASAP as this was for a sensitive occasion.

The flowers we ordered as a present for our 4 and 2 year old grandchildren for their mothers 40th birthday, arrived 2.days after the event. They were so disappointed. Trying to get effective support was impossible and the service of the Royal Mail is woeful.Tracking and support is just not their. Sort out your delivery organisation or you're going to loose more clients than just me.

For the price of these flowers I would have expected them to be delivered in a container of water. One if the roses was drooping and died today and the other roses were not looking their best and I don't think they will last On this basis would not use this site again

These were ordered for me by a friend. They should have arrived on Saturday, but clearly sat in a box for 2 days and after chasing the delivery, they arrived on Monday. Looked fresh for one day only. Completely dead by day 4. Would expect more from a £60 bouquet.

Unfortunately would never be ordering from HAUTE again. Would never recommend this company to anyone. My flowers were delayed by 3 days and the customer services team refused to assist in anyway. They were extremely rude. In particularly the manager LEWIS H who worked on the 14/10/2023. He refused to offer any solution for the inconvenience and continued to patronisingly refer me to their terms and conditions. My mothers birthday present was completely ruined. Please do not shop with this company.

Don't order from them, I had the correct delivery details and they were sent to a totally different address and left on the doorstep. Wanted my postage reimbursed but said they were not liable Stay Clear, spoilt my daughters birthday, normally use bunches, going back to them.
