Hat Box flowers arrived with 11 of the roses broken stems at the bottom of the delivery box. Contacted Haute to be offered £15 for a £70 purchase, joke.
Requested that the send a replacement they said that this was not their policy.
Surely if the product is not fit for purpose then a replacement should be offered. Customer service needs to be revised to meet their statements of 100% satisfaction guarantee. This is stated throughout their T&T'c its a shame they don't live by their words.
