For £40 too few Flowers you would get more in Marks & Spencers for £20.00!!

If I could give zero I would. Flowers delivered on the wrong day. All in full bloom. Dead 3 days later and told my complaint was outwith reporting times. Will not buy from this company again. Was offered £10 online credit but why would I buy anything again when the flowers and service were terrible.

Was assured of December 24th delivery. Nothing. It was for my boyfriend's 79 year old mum. Nothing to suggest either that they may not deliver to the Isle of Man. Would like a refund.

Paid for next day delivery for a birthday present and 4 days later it still hasn't been dispatched. No phone number to call, just a web form. I chose this particular florist for the first time because they were offering next day delivery to the address I specified (not on the mainland) but I won't order from them again.

Flowers have not been delivered, no email response and no way to contact over a weekend. Wish I’d went elsewhere, please do not use this company

This was delivered from a family member and they were shocked as its nothing like the photo on line when purchased. They were very disappointed. And the flowers smell it was routing already. Order reference number is 07576271 i did see the flowers they ordered and wasn't cheap. Very disappointing

My sister’s flowers I ordered from this company do not look like the ones in the photos here! I have been cheated!! Badly bruised roses 2 lilys have to be taken out because the stems are damaged ( wet and soggy). Also do not upgrade the size. Not worth it. I sent them photos and they argued that they fulfilled all the quality standards! That is something I cannot accept. It would probably be different if I ordered a 120£ bouquet rather than a 45£ one.

When things go wrong, as they will with all companies from time to time, you will see how good a company’s Customer Service is. These people are very very poor. They were difficult to get through to and finally when you could speak to someone they were of no help at all.

We ordered over £100 of bouquets to be delivered to our daughter for Christmas on 23/12. The flowers were delivered 5 days early which is useless! They will be dead by Christmas Day. The Customer Service was terrible and the supervisor refused to even talk to me! They took no responsibility and just quoted their terms and conditions back at me. Apparently they will deliver 7 days early if they choose to!

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to me on the 23rd December so I could take them to Mum in-law on Christmas Eve. They arrived today, 3 days early. I got in touch with Haute to say they had delivered on the wrong day only to be told in peak times orders can be early - but 3 days! Unfortunately, by the time I give the flowers to my Mum in law after spending 3 days in a box they will not be the bouquet I expected to give her. I am a loyal Haute customer and have used them many times but they refused to send me another bouquet on the day that I arranged for actual delivery, I am very disappointed with their customer service and won't be using them again but just wanted to give you all a heads up, just because you choose a certain delivery date and pay for it, your flowers can indeed be delivered several days earlier. I will have to order from another company who can deliver flowers on the actual picked day of delivery

Awful experience. not next day delivery but 5 days later after 7 complaints emails ! would never use again. which is a pity as flowers were beautiful so credit there !

I booked a delivery for the 18th December, flowers were not delivered. Contacted in writing their customer services and recieved a sytandard reply back stationg they would get back to me. Five hours later no reply. Tried their phone number and just got a continual tune before the line went dead after 6 minutes. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dreadful shabby product that ruined our anniversary when it turned up. After complaining to the company I received a pathetic offer of £10 off a future purchase. DO NOT use this company!

I contacted the company two days before the delivery date to ask to add the surname and alter the card. I was told the order had already been dispatched, only then on the day AFTER when I booked for delivery i received an email saying it had been delivered on the Thursday, not the Wednesday as arranged. Company response that ‘I hadn’t guaranteed’ the delivery date by paying extra and that delivery to areas of Scotland (this was NOT a remote location) were sometimes not able to be to have their deliveries on time. So sad that the offer of a £10 voucher to use the company again was the only recompense. Hate it when in the face of a legitimate complaint a company relies on small print. Needless to say myself and family will NOT use this ‘haute’ company again … and do they care… not a ‘hot’

So disappointed 😔 Ordered for next day delivery. 3rd day still hasn't arrived. Meant to be 24 hr tracked delivery with Royal Mail. Yes tracked to the sorting office and emailed 4 times with different times and still no delivery. Requested a refund to be told that they won't be refunding my order! They can refund the delivery fee tho! £4!! Even though items haven't been received? (£49) To be told I can dispute it with my card provider if I like but they have the option to refuse to refund! DO NOT USE!!!

The delivery was poorly managed as the address was a school and the flowers were delivered late evening where neither school was opened nor recipient present. After calling the school to see if anyone was there, it was only by chance a teacher had stayed behind. Having accepted the delivery, I had to go to the school and pick up the flowers to personally give to the recipient. More shockingly, the recipient sent photos of the flowers which were certainly not luxury for the price I paid. They were dry and almost half dead, let alone the medium size I ordered. I certainly will not be using Haute again and would recommend others not to be fooled by the photos on the website!

Awful company. I buy a lot of flowers for deliver and I will not be using this company again. Flowers arrived wilted so I complained. Told they were fine. They were not. The roses head were floppy. They are guaranteed for 7 days (spoiler, they are not) so I was told to email back in a week. I did. By now the roses heads had rotted and come off the stalk. They told me I should have emailed sooner and to get lost basically. £55 down the drain. Stick to M and S or next.
