Flowers looked a little disappointing. My daughter sent me a photo of them to thank me and I was shocked to see how few flowers were there.

This time there were no automatic delivery updates. The tracking didn't work. Two roses were already drooping. So not as good as usual

Flowers were for a furneral didn’t get there on day I asked for them to be delivered but thankfully I asked for date before furneral so ended up there the next day in time for the funeral. I won’t order for a furneral again

Price was competitive and order was confirmed quickly, but the confirmation of delivery e-mail didn't arrive until a long time afterwards as I had already had to chase Haute to confirm myself.

I admit to being a bit disappointed. The flowers my daughter in law received were lovely BUT they were not as lovely as the bunch shown on the website

Flowers arrived with the box wet and no water in the well. Flowers were slightly wilted and needed water. They were very pretty flowers though.

Flowers were beautiful I couldn’t fault them however the message I wrote and who they from wasn’t on the card when given to the recipient who then had call everyone to find out who had sent them? Little disappointed

I was going to leave a very positive review for this company, having found their website easy to use, and been thrilled to be able to order flowers from Australia, for next day delivery to the UK, very easily. However, I was incredibly disappointed to be told by the flowers’ recipient that when the bouquet arrived, it was extremely sub-standard. The roses were covered in wilting/dead petals, which all had to be removed; the lilies were so tightly closed, they will likely never open up; and even the filler greenery was past its best with leaves that were yellowing and dropping off. The recipient sent me photographs of all of the above, and I was appalled. Having spent close to $100 on a bouquet which was supposed to be a special gift for a birthday, I was incredibly disappointed. That being said, I contacted Haute to complain about the condition of the flowers they had delivered, and after sending them some pictures (which the recipient had sent me), Haute organised a replacement delivery for free, and this time the flowers were lovely. I was very impressed with this level of service, however would obviously have rather that the flowers had been in a proper condition the first time around.

Whilst the flowers were nice I don’t think I would have been satisfied if I’d paid full price .

I made a spelling mistake & I told them to correct it but there didn’t I ordered a week in advance. I was a bit disappointed with that. Overall it was okay x
