For some reason the post office who received it yesterday have still not delivered the flowers to my friend! They say it is pending on the app. I still don’t know what the quality is like.

Flowers were lovely but arrived a day later than they were ordered for and late in the day for the next day too. Don’t order next day delivery mine didn’t turn up and they were for a special birthday too so sad to say I will not order again

Easy ordering service. Arrival time great, but the following day some of the roses are wilting and arum Lillie’s have dropped off so quality not the best and as these were a present, embarrassing from my part

Sent some flowers in a hat box as a leaving gift and when I saw the picture of them I was very underwhelmed…

No dispatch email and poor communication from the company. The flowered arrived but I had no way of knowing or updates. They just made the 1pm deadline and my mum was already out. Not sure about the quality of the flowers as I haven’t seen them yet. Please improve your customer updates and service

I left a 5* review on Sunday, 15th October, my birthday present from my husband in Spain. I received them in the afternoon. However, after just 1 day, all the roses are hanging and the leaves look disheveled. So disappointed, as, a beautiful boquet.

Love the flowers and presentation. Also the card was great. However, I ordered for Sunday 10/15 for a bday but delivered on Monday when she is no longer in town. I would have expected an email heads up or inability to order for that day if delivery possible and I would have sent in advance.

Ordered here a few times usually it’s good but this time it honestly wasn’t. The flowers have still not arrived when I ordered them for next day before 10pm. It’s going to be day 3 tomorrow.

Ordered next day flowers well within the cut off time. They didn’t arrive next day and when I raised it I was told that in their T&C’s it states they never guarantee next day which isn't clear. Nice flowers but let down by poor customer service.

Order the large bouquet and it was a lot smaller than the pictures. I was surprised when I received the order. With that said flowers are beautiful.

Ok quite disappointed with the £35.00 bouquet when i compare with a like for like you can buy at the supermarket and i dont think the delivery justifies the cost. There always seems to be far too many cheap carnations to bulk up and i didnt even get the notification email to say it was delivered and had to text the recipient to ask if her birthday flowers had turned up. Finally i feel a little duped as well when i order from Haute Florist thinking im getting better quality and dont mind paying more for that but question this when it actually turns out its Prestige Florist im using and the bouquet pictures are grossly over exaggerated. I feel a bit cheated and deceived for wanting to give someone something lovely that they deserved. Think twice next time.

We bought the Tikal arrangement to cheer our dad up. On arrival the flowers were stunning, ordering and delivery I can not fault, however the flowers arrived on Wednesday evening and by the Sunday they were wilting and looked awful. I'm very disappointed as I would have been expected them to last a little longer than 3 days.

I ordered these flowers for a friend who had had an operation. On arrival, she said they looked beautiful. However, I visited her yesterday, 2 days after they arrived, and the roses in the arrangement were already wilting. I was a little disappointed, as this did deflect from the hydrangeas they were supposed to complement.

Had no contact from the delivery people at all before and after delivery and flowers did not seem to be in very good condition
