I was pleased they arrived on time especially as I paid £9.99 for that. Although they came safely intact, I was disappointed in the size as I paid £10 for the large and it looked small. The images online gave the impression it would look fuller. These were for my daughters 18th birthday. I received on Thurs 25th and by 27th sat morning the roses were still closed and browned petals. I changed water, cut a few stems , and insured no leaves in water. By the evening several roses were drooping and dead. Very disappointed as a gift and cost a lot.

They send the flowers but the ones they sent were nothing like the picture I bought from 🤷🏻‍♀️

Got the impression it was a local florist, but no ! Delivered by Royal Mail and the flowers were ok but a bit tired ! Not sure I will use again

Really underwhelmed. I wish I’d just gone to the supermarket. I paid extra for a large bouquet - it didn’t seem very big to me. The leaves were wilting within 36 hours. Price versus size and quality means it’s not value for money.

Flowers arrived promptly and packaged very nicely, easy to order, however, the purple roses inside my bouquet weren’t fresh. I had to gift this the next day and by the next day they made the rest of the bouquet look old so I had to remove them. Also, the size of the bouquet was slightly smaller than anticipated.

The flower bouquet looked great , arrived on time but it's roses started getting dull and couldn't stayed refresh even 24 hours although put in the water and solution as provided.

Lovely flowers and delivery perfect BUT for the additional Large size purchases I was disappointed and wouldn’t bother again.

I have been buying flowers from here for my gf but was left disappointed on my last buy. The flowers were almost dead and falling off and wasn’t fresh.

Ordered beautiful flowers for friends birthday, but tried to alter date for delivery as the recipient wasn’t going to be home. Was told this couldn’t be done even though it was 2 days ahead of delivery date as the order had been dispatched. Was told I could track the delivery & change the date! This was not possible. Really disappointed with the customer service, despite flowers being beautiful, I probably won’t be using haute flowers again. 😖

Ordered Orion bouquet in large size. The bouquet looked very simple and small. Some of the 9 roses were tiny. Two carnation flowers were broken. I was on a video call when my mum received the flowers, they looked less than appealing. I would not recommend spending extra money on larger bouquet size, it doesn’t look as grand ad you would expect.

Would have had 5 stars except Royal Mail maintained they couldn’t deliver it on that day. They didn’t try hard enough. They were delivered a day late, not on the anniversary of my friends husbands death. The flowers however were lovely and appreciated

Flowers were due to arrive on. Valentines arrives at 5 pm on the 15th and they did not look the same as the website a lot of them are going dead when arrived these cost €150

I chose this florist for its capability to deliver to the Channel Islands. Unfortunately timelines and expectations were not met. I ordered next day delivery, but my flowers took 4 days to arrive, although having been dispatched 3 days prior.
