I was going to leave a very positive review for this company, having found their website easy to use, and been thrilled to be able to order flowers from Australia, for next day delivery to the UK, very easily. However, I was incredibly disappointed to be told by the flowers’ recipient that when the bouquet arrived, it was extremely sub-standard. The roses were covered in wilting/dead petals, which all had to be removed; the lilies were so tightly closed, they will likely never open up; and even the filler greenery was past its best with leaves that were yellowing and dropping off. The recipient sent me photographs of all of the above, and I was appalled. Having spent close to $100 on a bouquet which was supposed to be a special gift for a birthday, I was incredibly disappointed. That being said, I contacted Haute to complain about the condition of the flowers they had delivered, and after sending them some pictures (which the recipient had sent me), Haute organised a replacement delivery for free, and this time the flowers were lovely. I was very impressed with this level of service, however would obviously have rather that the flowers had been in a proper condition the first time around.
