The experience was okay... Flowers could have been fresher. Wrong balloon sent despite contacting customer services in advance of delivery. I don't know if I would use Haute Florist again

Interesting, different, dramatic. I liked the idea, though it was also a little odd looking. Disappointed that flower petals falling off from the start. No flower food with the bouquet was annoying.

Once again the delivery did not arrive on the requested date. I requested Saturday and they arrived today.

Love the colours, but disappointed with the size of the bouquet. Small for a medium, looked bigger in the photos. Also the bouquet was wilting slightly when it arrived. Perked up somewhat once in a vase, but the roses are deteriorating quickly. Have had to remove one already and that is just 2 days after receiving the bouquet šŸ˜•

Whilst the gift was appreciated by the receiver it is not made clear that the japanese flower arrangements are DIY Luckily the receiver likes that sort of thing but others may not

Really nice flowers and high quality presentation… but the all of the ā€œcardsā€ look like they’re from a discount bargain bin.

The flowers were delayed by a day and our names were missed out from the message card so the recipient didn't know who the flowers were from. They had to make a few calls to ppl asking if they had sent them. Not a nice thing. Flowers were beautiful though

The bouquet I received was a lot smaller than the advertised pictures. A little disappointed as it was very expensive for the size.

Ordering was quick and efficient but sadly my daughter was out when Royal Mail attempted delivery. No redelivery date for 2 days!!

Delivery was fast, well packed, I was just disappointed of how drooping they were and the next day they were almost dead. I also requested for L size but looked like medium almost small. ā˜¹ļø

The flowers look fantastic although they haven’t arrived yet so I can’t comment on that. The website was easy to navigate but when ordering the website kept crashing, it even added the wrong sized item!

Disappointed that the next day delivery turned into day after next, which meant a special birthday was missed. Flowers also a little sad on arrival.

They were beautiful but 5 of the flowers arrived dead which was upsetting as I sent them as a wedding present.

Amazing flowers but there are odd occasions where the flowers have been dead and our friends have told us weeks later.. Email servers l times but never got a response back to the complaint or feedback so disappointing
