I wasn’t impressed with the flowers - much smaller than expected, didn’t match photo on website at all and disappointed not to receive any update on item having been dispatched so I had no idea if flowers were received by the recipient. I had to follow up on the life chat via the website where I got the Royal Mail tracking.

The bouquet was well packed and delivered on time, however the bouquet was much smaller than expected. The three roses within the bouquet were irreversibly droopy. This bouquet was for my 91year old mother on law who was upset because she knew I would be disappointed. I would have got a better bouquet from my local supermarket.

Very disappointed as you sub contract to Prestige flowers which are poor at best. Item arrived late.

Easy to order and arrived in UK on time but didn't look anything like the pic of Paris bouquet. Bit disappointed when I saw what was delivered. Think I will go back to M&S in future.

Sent me roses that were already dying and it’s Feb 20, 2023 & roses are already completely dead. Never buying from you guys again! Only nice thing was the hat box was in good condition.

I was under the impression the flowers would be arriving in a vase, not in a box , the flowers were really dry and the outer leaves had shrivelled up, not impressed and will not be using Haute Florists again.

It's a shame, as the flowers do not look anywhere near as good as the photos. The photos show live, vibrant, full flowers. Abd this wasn't what was received. A real shame.

To be honest not great lads, I paid extra for it to be delivered in Sunday 12th and it's now only going to be delivered on the 14th while my girlfriend is out so will miss the delivery.

Very disappointed, paid extra for the medium flowers but the quantity and quality wasn’t that great. Ordered a box of chocolates that was missing. Difficult to find how to contact haute. Eventually offered a credit on my account which I Was not happy about. This was purchased as a gift, very disappointed. Will not use again :(

Not good arrived late terms and conditions on NI deliveries not clear and customer service unwilling to refund even though I had to go to a local florist instead due to needing flowers for special Occasion. Flowers themselves when they did arrive were unimpressive and small for the price.

The flowers arrived with a promise of beauty. Even though the roses were already a bit crisp. Less than a week later, the roses are nearly black, some of the lillies are browning before opening! All instructions were followed and the water has been changed.... disappointing

I ordered flowers for my daughter's name's day, which was today 9/12, but the flowers were not delivered and I am also very disappointed that the surprise did not arrive! In this case, there should be some compensation for an incorrectly executed order. The site is very misleading and it doesn't give me full information!

Very prompt service. Disappointing flowers that did not look like the picture and only lasted a few days. Some were nice but not £50 worth! I did complain as soon as they were delivered but although my comments were responded to very quickly and politely, no change was made to the flowers since the manager deemed them satisfactory. A voucher for money off another order does not really make up for the disappointment since I am reluctant to order again. The recipient, who never usually complains, said that the £10 roses from her local supermarket were fresher and lasted longer. How disappointing.

Very disappointed with my flowers to mother-in-law. I would have spent a bit more had I known they would be so disappointing and squished. I would have preferred a refund and spend more money on something better quality.
