Quite disappointed. The planter ordered for my daughter and husband arrived upside down so was pretty much ruined. However my daughter contacted Haute and they are replacing it. Obviously a problem with the courier/packing which needs to be addressed.
An email I sent to Haute about it has remained unanswered so far.
Not the sort of service expected from a company presenting themselves as upmarket.
