Flowers were awful. £55 for a large bouquet. Dried up and curled up within a day. Would never use again.

Very disappointed with your service. Firstly, the flowers that I ordered on Saturday to be delivered on Tuesday foe my sister’s 50th birthday didn’t arrive. I complained and they arrived today. I was also told they would deliver a vase which didn’t arrive. I definitely will not be using you again.

Flowers arrived late so missed the event they were due for. Similar to the photo shown apart from the fact they were just dying rather than blooming. Won't be used Haute again!

Delivery was 2 days late and missed mothers days. I wrote to complain and the only response was a generic email stating that in some years delays were possible. We were not in one of those areas.

Although the delivery was on time the orchid case was smashed and the orchid was nearly dead I have put in a complaint but I have had no answer

I ordered a bouquet on a Saturday afternoon, choosing this company as they offered Next Day delivery for a Sunday. I duly paid the Next Day Sunday Delivery fee but the bouquet was not delivered until the Monday, with no explanation given. Will not use again.

Everything. If you reacted to any of the negative reviews shown on different sites, you would learn what need to change. Orders not arriving when they should, dead & wilted flowers, no-one answers calls, emails inconsistent & contradictory. Empty promises. Nothing would entice me to use this cimpany again. It's a shame, as the florists themselves are probably very good but the flaws and poor organisation of Distinctive Gifts, as a company, negate whatever is or might be good. One to avoid, at all costs.

Sent email ordered flowers & wine .. only flowers delivered Still await reply Not happy paying for a service flowers very poor loads of white stems Ordered spring harmony very poor quality not much flowers in bouquet at all

Ordered flowers for birthday of close friend for 3rd April whom I have not seen for over a year, due to Pandemic, and I live in Wales and they live in North of England, which did not arrive. Apology from Haute accepted as promised to send flowers and include luxury box of chocolates. Flowers finally delivered on 7th April, no chocolates, and no reply to latest email. Would not use again or recommend.

Absolutely awful quality of flowers and no where near the standard they show jn the images. I understand flowers may vary but I am extremely disappointed with how old and brown the pink roses look! I have emailed a complaint and yet to receive a response.

I ordered the flowers as a 50th birthday gift. I ordered on 1st April for delivery on 3rd April. It’s now the evening of 4th April and the flowers have still not been delivered. Very disappointed. I went with Haute for this occasion as your flowers looked impressive and I could pick the arrangement I wanted. Not good if you can’t guarantee delivery.

Send a bouquet to celebrate my new born nephew, paid £10 extra large bouquet, what was actually received was awful, there was less than half of the roses shown in the image and several types of other flowers were missing altogether. They had added some half dead miniature daisys (like the ones that grow on the roadside) which the recipient is allergic to. The whole bunch looks a sad droopy mess and is certainly less than half the size I expected. I was so embarrassed to see it next to the other bouquets that were sent. Will never use again.

Flowers arrived half dead most of them were already brown at the edges . As they were l would not insult the kindness of the sender by telling her though l will find a kind way of telling her not to use Haute florists again! Very disappointing!
