Ordered flowers for birthday of close friend for 3rd April whom I have not seen for over a year, due to Pandemic, and I live in Wales and they live in North of England, which did not arrive. Apology from Haute accepted as promised to send flowers and include luxury box of chocolates. Flowers finally delivered on 7th April, no chocolates, and no reply to latest email.
Would not use again or recommend.
