“Paid over 40£ For 12 luxury roses and my wife got 4 poor and horrible white rose for our first anniversary! Never again! Shame and embarrassing!”

“I paid £95 for Grand roses and prosecco for my mother's birthday and she received the deadest looking flowers ever. What they advertised on the website was not what she received. The box was 1/4 filled with black filler instead of roses which made the roses in the hatbox look cheap and nasty. Extremely disappointed.”

“Ordered Spring rose and freesia. Very disappointed! Just looked very sparse in comparison to the picture on the website. Flowers looked very tired when they arrived and now 2 days later are turning brown at the edges and curling. Don’t think I’ll order Fromm haute again!”

“Cannot get to pay them! Chat was uneventful and unhelpful. Seemed good by the website. Will go back to m and s. Sorry. Hope other customers have more luck. Maybe I am rather unpractised at buying online.”

“I ordered some flowers for a friends special birthday and not only werent they delivered to them but the flowers (which I ordered over a week ago) have not even been assigned a tracking number. I have had no updates from haute florist to say there was an issue and only realised that the flowers hadnt been sent when I didnt hear from my friend and thus checked my account. Really awful service and truly disappointed especially as I wanted to make my friends birthday extra special by sending flowers for the actual day”

“I ordered fresh spring flowers for next day delivery to a very ill friend. The flowers were sent via the post office and delayed for 4 days. I am devastated to have sent 'a hug in vase' which consisted of dead flowers rather than what I ordered. Haute have offered vouchers to use next time - completely useless I would never use them again and I urge you to find a florist with better values. .”

“Awful…. If only I had read the terrible reviews of this company on trust pilot before ordering. Order luxury protea bouquet. Arrived on time but roses dead in 2 days. This company needs to remember that some bouquets are sent on sad occasions.. not just happy ones…. Sending rubbish out like this really doesn’t help.”

“Total disappointment. Flower pictures looked great on line. Only communication was to say Post Office had accidentally delivered them to wrong town but would be redirected. Have no idea if they were delivered to very poorly friend. I know they would have been late so no idea what state flowers would be in. Expensive shambles☹️”

“I received flowers from my sister on the 27th April When I opened the box the flowers were rather droopy. They perked up when I put them in water and added the feed .I sent my sister a photo of the flowers and she was very disappointed in the colour of the roses(too dark for our taste) The roses only lasted a few days and the spray carnations didn’t even come out fully”

“Order was not delivered at all on the event not even after the event. despite of advance payment no body responded well after so many emails. Live chat option is handled by computer and no one bothers to answer you about your order not payment is given back to customers. Worsts experience indeed with this Haute florist operated by prestige gifting in UK. Not recommended at all for online order of flowers. They get you money and give you nothing not even response.”

“unfortunately my experience of haute flowers is dreadful. My son bought a bouquet for my sister, on arrival it looked tired. The roses died within 2 days and the iris’ hadn’t opened. When approached for a review we were honest with haute and they did replace the flowers however the replacement was no better than the first delivery. Very disappointing I have photos but the site isn’t allowing these to be added....”
