Rubbish! Order not delivered on time and when I followed they had lost my order. They had to reinstate my order, which was eventually delivered 5 days late. No apology, no compensation.

That's a -1 star - POOR on every level!!! Tempting website but very poor service, customer service attitude was appauling, blamed the supervisor, and didn't take deal with a bereaved customer in a professional manner. Extremely disappointed taken by the manager - happy to take the money and took over 5 days to refund. I would NEVER recommend this company - all show no delivery. The trades act should investigate if they are infact a bogus set-up!!! I was told the order was cancelled, I wasn't notified - I chased it up 3 days later only to get an unprofessional "blame it on the system" answer and told to re-do my order - what a JOKE!!!

Was really disappointed when the flowers came, paid £43 for about 7 flowers all in bud, I appreciate they will bloom, but was what I was expecting at all. They were bought for a baby shower and could hand them to the Mum to be because they just didn’t look right.

They say coupon has not minimum spend. But when checking out it states there is a minimum spend. So don't be fouled!

Awful flowers mostly dead, Cheap and nasty teddy not as pictured. Arrived a day late too as if the fact they were dead wasn’t bad enough.

Father's Day has come and gone without the delivery of the over-priced flowers we paid Haute Florist to deliver. And it seems they have no idea when this delivery will actually take place. Possibly on Father's Day next year??

PLEASE CHECK THEIR REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT! THERE IS NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE AND EVERYTHING IS DONE THROUGH ROYAL MAIL. NOT A GOOD COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO REAL ORDER TRACKING. This is not about the money. The card attached held a surprise for my partner on her birthday. I don’t care for the refund. I care that this was meant to be delivered by a courier but is at the mercy of the Royal Mail when I specifically picked flowers that were’nt meant to come through the post.

My friend bought me some flowers but when they arrived they werent fresh, roses looked a few days old and leaves turned brown already the had carnations wilted.

Ordered a large hand tied bunch of Orion flowers and paid £60! What was delivered was not £60 worth of flowers. I am totally disappointed and feel totally ripped off.

Awful and terrible aftercare service. Very disappointed flowers didn't arrive for my sister in laws special birthday. After arguing back and forth with Mohammed I eventually got a refund. Shocking and never again.

I’m really disappointed to have to write this, but the service I received today from Haute Florists has now made me an ex-regular customer. I downloaded the app to save time ordering through the website, and it offered a £5 on the first order via the app - result I thought! However, it wouldn’t apply the discount code when asked for and I thought there was something amiss with the app. I placed the order and contacted Haute to explain the situation. I was told that I had to proceed with the order and apply the discount code at the very end by pressing ‘update’. At no point was that explained on the app. I asked for them to honour the £5 discount and they refused, quoting I could still use it on my next order. Well, that’s no use as I won’t be placing any more orders with Haute. Beware app users!

Ordered a large bouquet for my mother’s golden wedding anniversary and paid an extra £10 for the large size. When the bouquet arrived it certainly wasn’t large and 4 days later the flowers are dead! They were cared for properly however have not lasted at all. So disappointed. £60 is not a cheap bouquet however the quality is awful.

I ordered the large bouquet of 'luxury' peonies. Nothing could be further from the truth - the stems I received were absolutely not 'luxury' blooms. The majority (all bar two) did not arrive 'in bud' despite the description on the website stating they would. The peonies had very small heads/blooms and very thin stems and never at any point looked anything like the [only] photo on the website, which was of the medium sized bouquet. I received two small pieces of foliage with the bouquet, which would have been impossible to style per the website photo, surrounding the bouquet. I would have needed a further four or five pieces to achieve this. As it was, one of the two foliage pieces I received was badly eaten by insects and was suffering from black mottle on the leaves. With regard to the peonies themselves - well, I've purchased bigger carnations! The blooms were tiny, 2 blooms withered in bud (that will be the only two received in bud) and a third stem was bent and nearly broken in two. Despite sending photos of all the issues to customer service I was told there were no quality issues and was refused the refund I requested. I was offered another bouquet, which I declined as the flowers are poor, poor quality and in no way worth the money charged. By the way, the difference between the large and medium sized bouquet is one stem - disgraceful. The website does not state how many stems are in each size of bouquet and the depiction of the large bouquet has a 'best seller' sticker placed strategically across it so you can't know in advance exactly how bad value for money this bouquet really is! Based on my personal experience (and 69% of other customers it seems who have provided feedback on Trustpilot (I wish I'd read the other reviews before buying) I would advise avoiding Haute Florist at all costs. Awful flowers and awful customer experience.

Received handtied today. 4 orchids, 3 dead, 1 nearly not quite. Roses 5, very bruised, on the edges. Orange cala lily, with hole in. Salal, chewed.... very little water in the bottom. Not good. I am a florist, so like to have good quality flowers.

I'm sad to say that my first experience of ordering from Haute Florist was awful. The wrong message card was sent to a bereaved friend. I didn't have the heart to ask her if the flowers were the right ones. Having bought them on behalf of a group of friends it was embarrassing aswell. I then had to wait 45 minutes to get through on the phone and was offered a refund for the cost of the flowers.

I always use this company and they have never failed me. However, this time they failed me and sent my other half a batterd hat box of red roses which i spent 165 quid on.

Ordered the Windermere bouquet for my mum for her birthday she waited in all day for this disappointment of what looked like a very cheap wilted version of what was pictured. Overly charged for some cheap dead roses with whatever else was thrown in. My poor mum put on a polite smile but deep down we where both very disappointed!! Will never order from this place again.
