Flowers were not delivered on time for our anniversary. Based on other reviews for this company on Trust Pilot, I don’t believe we’ll be receiving what we ordered.

Very bad communication. Flowers not arrived on time. Automated response. No telephone or livechat. No tracking information. Still waiting for the flowers. See Trustpilot for a more accurate review site.

Terrible is all can say and will be demanding a refund. This is a report on the replacement flowers sent after my earlier complaint. The second replacement arrived broken and sagging as the photo shows. I would certainly advise against anyone using Haut Flowers.

I have ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. After they have arrived I have noticed that some of the flowers were already going brown on the day of receiving. The next day a lot of the roses were nearly dry and facing down. I have seen so many good reviews however I don’t think I will order again. It’s too expensive for the poor flower managing before the flowers arrive to clients house.

I ordered the Orion medium bouquet for my sister In laws 60th birthday. I ordered the medium because that was the size stated in the pictures and I paid £55. I was so disappointed I could have got a better bunch from Tesco for £15. NOT recommended unless you don’t mind being ripped off.

I was sent an orchid as a gift from Haute Florist. It arrived half dead, with the flowers dropping off and some random dead sticks in the arrangement, looking nothing like the photo on the website. I complained and was sent a new orchid which was even more unhealthy than the first. Despite sending several emails to the company, and them failing respond on their chat system, I am being ignored. Please see photos of what the orchid should have looked like and the two awful orchids they sent me.

Awful! I ordered a haute box for mother’s day and when the flowers arrived they were already withering. Upon contacting them we arranged to have a bouquet to be delivered in June for a relatives birthday and they delivered it to them in March. Incredibly disappointed with their service, I wouldn’t recommend.

Poor quality flowers .... roses half dead on delivery... contacted customer services and still no reply 4 days later!!!! Very poor quality flowers and even worse customer services!!!!

Received a bouquet for Mother’s Day from my daughters. They looked beautiful when they arrived and despite doing everything that was suggested in the care notes, they had drooped and gone brown after only three days. I’d like to attach photo but seem unable to do so with this review

The flowers sent on Mothers Day were dull colors and already 3 were starting to wilt. My mother loves flowers and honestly i only stumbled onto this website cos of Reviews but i was certainly disappointed !!. would not recommend especially on core occasions as Mothers Day.

Small bouquets that do not resemble the pictures on the website. I ordered a standard in one order and medium on another order and they were both the same size. Also after only 3 days the roses died. Very expensive for the size of bouquet.

I was very disappointed with the Mother’s Day flowers I received. They bore no resemblance to the advertised photograph and the flowers were half dead and very skimpy. These were a present from my granddaughter and cost her £45 and she trusted they would send what she paid for. Won’t be recommending this company.

Ordered flowers on the 4th Dec to be delivered on the 23rd Dec. This is to be my mums last Xmas as she is terminally ill and ive not been able to see her for a year because of covid (she lives 4.5 hours away from me). I wanted to make it special so ordered a big hand tikal bouquet. Not only did it arrive late but all the roses in the bouquet were dead, the flowers didnt even last 6 days. What a complete let down and a total waste of money. I have sent several emails, tried using chat on the app also the contact us section and left messages on your Facebook page. However 3 months later I still have not had a single response from you. Total joke of a company, take your money, deliver extremely poor product then when you complain your totally ignored. Save your money and shop somewhere else!!

Shocking!!!!!! I’m still waiting for someone to email me back regarding my complaint as I received them yesterday and there was no water with the flowers, the bunch was very small considering I paid for a medium as shown online in the photo, and also the colours were incorrect! Lilac and orange do not look good together on flowers!!!! The Orion bunch online shows no orange in the flowers!!!!!!! Shocking service, very expensive and poor customer service. Il stick to inter flora! Can someone respond to my email!!!!

Ordered luxury bouquet for Mother’s Day and paid for a vase, flowers were delivered but no vase, sent 3 emails and still no reply !!! Disgusting service

My poor Mum has received dead lillies on mothers day and the roses aren't too happy either! I'm really upset. I sent Haute a message straight away and they haven't replied to me. The flower arrangement looks nothing like the photo.

Terrible service in every way. I will not be using this company again. 1. The flowers that were ordered for Delivery the day before Mothers Day were not received until the day after Mothers Day. 2. When they arrived the flowers were wilted, some deteriorating and the roses all brown tinged 3. I chased the company up on the day before mothers day and they offered me £5.99 refund and £15 off a future order at a time when they had no idea if the flowers would be delivered or not, which I declined. 4. Ridiculous automated response received on making first contact telling me nothing remotely useful 5. Various emails sent to me by Brooke who declined to tell me when the flowers had been despatched, never found out anything about why the flowers had not been delivered, told me they have magic packaging with holes and water, so the flowers would never be thirsty. NONSENSE and clearly they haven’t found a solution for eternal flower life, as they arrived in a wilted, deteriorating state and the roses were brown tinged. 6. I had no flowers to give my elderly Mum on Mothers day and binned the flowers when received. What a waste of money. What a let down. No effective aftercare when things go wrong. Didnt get a refund.

My mother of 94 did not receive the flowers. Even though they were paid and ordered in February. I am furious, it is the first time i have dealt with you, and i am sorry but it will be the last. I am in Devon and my mother is in Wales, because of covid i cannot see her. I am so upset about this.
