I actually spent £95 in total with the company as needed two bunches of flowers. I spent £50 on 1 bunch of flowers for a birthday, the earliest delivery was 31st march (which worked as that was the correct date) The flowers didn't arrive on the correct date and in fact 4 days later still haven't arrived. I was told by royal mail the package had bee rerouted, I spoke to Haute and they offered me £6 refund and £15 gift voucher. I personally don't see that as compensation for £50 of dead flowers (which 4 days later still haven't arrived) The second set of flowers were to be delivered on 3rd April, however I have not had any tracking provided and not sure they will be delivered. I contacted Haute again and they have now ignored my email. Feel like I have wasted nearly £100, in a time when money is short. I opted to go with Haute over other companies as I felt they were a small company that may appreciate the customer. But I would recommend going with Moonpig or Bunches at least they deliver the product.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend to commemorate the memorial of the death of her son a year ago. My flowers were scheduled to arrive on Thursday 1st April 2021 (the memorial date) between 10am and 2pm by Royal Mail. My flowers have yet to arrive. I do not know where they are. I should be able to contact Haute flowers directly so that they can assist me with this issue. Instead, I emailed yesterday with no response. I have tried on several occasions to get in touch with Haute Flowers via the help chat on their website to no avail. This is such a sensitive occasion for my friend and I cannot believe how horrendous this company has been. I can appreciate that this may be an issue with Royal Mail, but the fact that Haute Flowers is not contactable is completely unacceptable. Even if the flowers are delivered, how have they been stored these last 2 days they haven't arrived at the appropriate destination. I would not recommend Haute flowers and I will NEVER be using this company again. What a disappointment.

Will not use again my order is two days late and still not received it. Supposed to be turning up tomorrow when the recipient is not in? Agent offered full refund if flowers did not turn up today 2nd April so will check my account.

The flowers were for our wedding 35th wedding anniversary and for my wife. White roses looked they were second hand!! Very disappointed and would not use Haute again. Graham

They arrived a day late for the recipient's birthday despite placing the order a week before. Will not be using again and would not recommend.

Having ordered spring harmony specifically because of the hyacinths, was very angry to find out that the only blooms delivered were tulips. We should have been consulted on this issue. We have used Haute before but it is not always easy to get accurate feedback from recipients. Needless to say, we shall not be using again.

The flowers I purchased were supposed to arrive yesterday for my friend’s birthday. They arrived today instead. I ordered on 23rd March to ensure that they would arrive on time and you still failed to deliver. I won’t be using you again.

Didn’t revive the bunch size of flowers that I ordered very disappointed as it was for our 35th wedding anniversary, I was advised that the order would be resent but nothing as of yet has happened

This is fraud. Avoid it. The company does not have contact telephone numbers. The email provided sends an automated response so there is no way to reach them. I ordered flowers for next day delivery but these never arrived and have no way to track or chase.

I am very disappointed with your service, I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday 27th, I received an e-mail on the 27th from Royal Mail telling me they would be delivered same day within a certain time frame. This morning 29th March I receive another e-mail telling me they will deliver today, This will be now 4 days those fresh flowers have been lying unattended, I hate to think what they will look like, those were anniversary flowers, Absolutely shocking service.

I ordered a lovely hand tied bouquet for my friends 50th birthday - it all arrived on time but was soo disappointed when my friend sent me a photo of the flowers - I paid extra so that a large bouquet can be sent but there was hardly any flowers in the bunch. I felt very embarrassed and shocked.

Delivered the flowers to another address and today they finally arrived to the address given. I paid next day delivery for it to arrive the day after not two days after.

I wouldn’t recommend this florist, not delivered on time and flowers are such bad quality. The bouquet when finally received by my friend a day late said the flowers were half dead! Not impressed having spent £55 on them. Bring your business elsewhere! Company also awful to deal with and no customer service. Overall a terrible experience

very disappointed that all my friend got was a bunch of tulips rather than an arrangement of some kind - very expensive bunch for the £50.... But unforgiveable that they arrived a day late - birthday flowers need to be there on the correct day. Sorry but I won't use this service again

If you are looking for a bouquet of disappointment, choose HAUTE. These crooks advertised a bouquet containing 35 stems yet delivered 5!! Offered to send another bouquet yet this'll just be for another 5 stems. Wasters.

Bought flowers for my wife to commemorate the birthday of her late mother last Thursday. The flowers arrived on time but the quality and quantity was 50% of what is advertised on the website. I made this known and was refunded £25 which was great. By Sunday night these were the flowers. Made the company aware of this and they told me that as far as they were concerned the matter had been managed and their file closed - would like to add flowers but the site won allow – AVOID at all costs what is advertised is far far less than what is received – SADLY - would like
