“Hi ordered flowers as a gift for a friend who has been unwell. Unfortunately Royal Mail were unable to deliver for 4 days so most of the flowers were dying by the time they were finally delivered. Such a shame Royal Mail couldnt have left them at the door with a note thru the letterbox. I cant fault the service from Haute - website was easy to use, plenty of choice and great prices. Just a shame about Royal Mail not leaving the flowers on day one.”

“Ordering online was simple, with a large range of beautiful arrangements to choose from. I received delivery updates, including a photo of the delivered bouquet. I haven't seen the flowers in person, but the recipient was very pleased.”

“I ordered the flowers for my sister-in-law after the death of her husband, my brother. I couldn't find any other online florist with suitable floral arrangements. I haven't seen the flowers, but the recipient has said they are beautiful. The Web service was excellent and as far as I am aware the blooms were fresh & healthy. I would have given 5☆ but I hadn't seen them. The process of online ordering & writing of the card was simple.”
