Beautiful bouquet, roses and flowers of rosemary. I thought that was so unique. One thing though, I wish my note was printed not handwritten.

Very happy with the service, however I would have given 5 stars if I had received a message, email or whatts app to say flowers had been delivered.

My mum was very happy with her birthday flowers. They arrived on her birthday and the lillies have lasted for over a week.

My daughter was pleased to receive the bouquet as an Easter gift. It was delivered on the day booked being left in a safe place.

Flowers for my sisters birthday, I didn’t see them but she said they were beautiful. My only gripe is that I didn’t know realise they were being sent by Royal Mail, so would be thrown about, squashed etc if I’d known I wouldn’t have paid £85 for such a delivery.

The booking system worked fine and communications arrived quickly. Perhaps I would have preferred to know the timeframe when the bouquet was going to arrive. Also, I was addressed as the recipient although I was not the sender.

Lovely looking flowers, easy to choose what you want and complete delivery details and gift card etc. However, the payment part is a little confusing. It took 3 attempts to process my card payment.

very efficient service and recipient was pleased with flowers, but ordering on line from Australia, I chose 'large' but had no reference point as to what that meant. Size or number of blooms etc. Would have preferred some more informtion in that regard but took a punt and it worked out OK. What the Poms call a large arrangment may not be the same as an Aussie, but who knows.

The flowers were so beautiful although they had to substitute one of my favorite flowers for another. Also they sent a different vase than the one I ordered but it worked out. My son was very pleased with the candle and chocolates too.

Very efficient and beautiful flowers. I ordered them and 9.50pm the evening before and they came next day in the afternoon. Would use them again and recommend too

I ordered a bouquet of tulips and hyacinths but no hyacinths in it if you did not have hyacinths then I would have preferred another flower not more tulips
