Hi ordered flowers as a gift for a friend who has been unwell. Unfortunately Royal Mail were unable to deliver for 4 days so most of the flowers were dying by the time they were finally delivered. Such a shame Royal Mail couldnt have left them at the door with a note thru the letterbox. I cant fault the service from Haute - website was easy to use, plenty of choice and great prices. Just a shame about Royal Mail not leaving the flowers on day one.
