Arrived promptly and looked great. Just a little smaller than anticipated given we paid extra for the large bouquet.

Flowers arrived thirsty but did revive I have been informed as they were a gift so I haven't actually seen them . First time to use and I recommended a friend for us both to receive a £7-50 voucher which has not yet materialised. Delivery was prompt.

Lovely bouquet; thank you. We knew alternative flowers would be used if necessary......BUT, would have appreciated knowing that there were to be FAR LESSS BLUE than thoought!! The bouquet was after all called "BEAUTIFUL BLUE.; Nevertheless, your flowers and service are great; much appreciated. MS-

The flowers were the same colours as on the website - perhaps not quite as full and bushy but I o it saw a photo! Very reliable service and a good price too!

My Mum's Birthday flowers arrived on time and on great condition. My Mum was over the moon with them, which made me very happy indeed. Thank you Haute Florist. I hope the flowers I ordered for delivery this Wednesday are equally as good. Would recommend based on first order.

Flowers lovely and nicely presented. Delivery received on whole good but one gerbera head broken and a few twigs. Tissue paper can be used to prevent this. Parcel was left on top doorstep preventing door from opening.

The flowers were already dying or dead on the first delivery. At my insistence they delivered them again. This time they were good. The main problem is Royal Mail who are very unreliable.

I paid extra for the tracking which I did not want but never could track it but would be more helpful if you tx me when it had been delivered but flower where told were nice

The recipient, whose special Anniversary it was,says the flowers are simply beautiful. Fresh. And they are delighted with them. dropped the stars from 5* to 4* because Royal Mail delivered them one day late.
