“Very disappointed. The turf was of very poor quality, as the photographs show. Every single roll was crumbling and torn. The lawn looks like a patchwork quilt. When I contacted the company and shared these images they offered to replace the turf three days later. However, I had the gardeners on site, and the turf sitting on my neighbours’ drive and had to go ahead. I asked for a partial refund as the process of laying these damaged turfs took much longer than anticipated and the quality of the lawn is very poor, but I never got a response. This was a very disappointing experience and demonstrated poor customer care.”

We did respond to your email to ask if a credit for the rolls would be acceptable other than a replacement, however this must not have arrived with you. “The turf arrived on time and the 'jubilee' was excellent quality. It's almost 2 weeks since I layed it and it is looking very lush. Ignore the comments about the grass being poor quality and brown-these people were buying it in the summer during a drought. Grass is extremely resilient!”

“Wouldn't recommend as quality isn't the best! 3rd order we've had now where the turf has holes in it or it is torn! Makes our company look unprofessional and therefore we may now take our business else where next year.”

“Turf arrived in excellent condition i had prepared the ground as advised on the website and laid it the same day it arrived that was 3 weeks ago it has now rooted in well and growing nicely. Would recommend this company's product”

“Delivery was on time. Turf we really green and looked fresh. We were able to lay it straight away and the lawn looked good immediately. It is now 4 weeks later and the rolls seem to have rooted and knitted together really well. Very pleased. We didn't find the fertilizer until it was too late as this was buried in the pallet. Maybe this could have been more clearly marked.”
