“The delivery occurred on the day requested. The turf was of excellent quality, beautiful green grass, no yellowing or brown areas and completely weed free. The turf was easy to lay because it had all been cut to a consistent thickness. A very good supplier, I would recommend anyone to use them. Derek Farmer - Suffolk”

“We were quite wary of ordering turf online .not being able to see the quality until it was delivered...but decided to take the chance given the sheer no. of good reviews here....wow ! did we make the right decision...ordered 84m2 of Jubilee turf and the quality was amazing ..many times better than local garden centres..healthy lush grass backed with a generous layer of fertile turf soil... have laid it now and the garden looks absolutely amazing ! All the ordering and deliverey went smoothly like clockwork...cant fault anything..highly highly recommended”

“Delivered on day previously requested. The actual delivery was a total disaster as the pallet of turf tipped of the lorry tail lift onto the road/path. As usual with these sorts of deliveries the tail lift was too narrow to take the pallet truck. Fortunately the turfs damaged were usable. The quality of turf is superb and it has taken well and looks tremendous. I would use again and recommend to anyone.”

“Turf was ordered and delivered within two days. Delivery driver made the effort to drop the turf right down the drive in the safest place it could go even though I wasn't able to be there. Details on the website explained how to prep the ground. Turf was good, solid rolls making it easy to cut and position and took hold really well. Within a couple of weeks we had a thick lush lawn which is growing brilliantly.”

“Pre sales support was good and felt comfortable ordering from the company,however on the day of delivery this soon unravelled. I was informed to call if the delivery had not arrived by 14:00,upon doing this I was informed that they would get in touch with driver and then update me. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I still had not heard so called again,I was told they were still trying to get hold of the driver. When I eventually heard back I was told the delivery would be between 16:30 and 17:30 not giving me much time to lay the turf. At 17:00 I was called again to be told the lorry had broken down and could not get the delivery to me so would be delivered before 10:00 the next day,although this was all inconvenient and a waste of me taking annual leave from work I was frustrated however understood these things happen sometimes. When the delivery turned up the next morning I spoke with the driver saying I hope you wasn't the guy who broke down to which he responded "oh is that what they told you,no I didn't". From a quick look at the turf I could see it was drying quickly on the edges and started to go yellow, I asked the driver where the turf had been over night in which I was told it had been kept on the back of the lorry, this went against their own rules of how the turf should be kept and that it shouldn't be left stacked up like it was. The turf was laid before mid day and could see the turf looked patchy in areas, I am not sure if this was down to the quality of the turf or where it had been left against their own care guidelines and started degrading on the back of the lorry. My biggest disappointment was being lied to and the company not ensuring the turf was cared for in transit.”

“The quality of the turf is excellent and it was delivered to my driveway on time as requested. The only negative note was the customer service that was not available either online or by phone on Saturday. I tried to phone the number on the website and I was redirected to a voice mail system without a message about opening hours. I think that should be improved.”
