The most positive thing I can say is that the half of the bed that turned up seems to be excellent quality. However, you can't sleep on half a bed and the company makes contacting them very difficult and don't really seem to care about sorting this situation. On the couple of occasions that we were lucky enough to get through they lied several times about it already being in the post just to fob us off. After almost a week of sleeping on the floor it would be great if someone from Happy Beds actually cared about happy customers!

On the day of confirmed delivery On the day of confirmed delivery, Happy Beds informed me they would not be delivering my mattress. As the order was confirmed i had already god rid of my existing bed and mattress. The bedframe arrived, however there was no mattress. This left me with no bed to sleep. Numerous emails and a 5 days later, they confirmed my mattress was being delivered and to expect confirmation. This confirmation did not arrive, so, I emailed them to ask for an update and have only been told they are looking into it. So, I still do not have a mattress and they have not giving any real information / updates / compensation or a reason why they have failed to deliver a mattress. The bed and mattress were both quite expensive and i would not have expected such poor treatment of a customer. Disgraceful.

Absolute madness. I ordered a mattress for 150f which had a stain on the side and half of the mattress could clearly feel it was being used. Customer service told me that in this situation I can only refund and pay 60f for transport, so I only regained 90f. I definitely do not recommend.

We recently purchased what looked like a lovely bed for our young son. We were excited about him transferring from his cot bed to a proper big bed and so we ordered the following bed from Happy Beds: Stella Blue and White Wooden Kids Low Sleeper Cabin Storage Bed Frame - 3ft Single I cannot explain our absolute disgust when the wooden slats for the bed which the mattress sits on were riddled with woodworm holes! Just awful! We phoned the company immediately only to be told they would respond new slats within 3 working days. There was no apology and the person on the phone was rude to my husband on several occasions. The second lot of wood arrived and it beggars belief that we had more of the same-cheap wood of different colours and thicknesses and yet again... woodworm holes! We absolutely hit the roof and complained again asking for compensation. What is wrong with this company for heaven's sake. It was decided that they would send another lot of replacement panels. We have now had our 4th delivery of wood and still no compensation. Do not order from this company!

Ordered Fabio white storage/shelf king bed. Only part of was delivered. Constantly having to contact them for nearly a week to sort something out. To now be told there is no more stock of this bed... Ridiculous treating people like this

Very bad experience, the worst service I ever had online shopping. Unprofessional, rude, they sell you very low-quality items, rubbish for a normal price, and when you complain and ask for refund, you have to pay for return delivery. Never buy Happybeds !!!!!

Such a bad service from Happy beds. I purchased some bed sheets and was sent the wrong product. It has now been a month and they have still have not begun processing a refund. I had to chase them constantly and was always told it was being dealt with as a matter of urgency but I had to contact the company they buy the sheets from to resolve the situation. I was informed by Happy beds that they were in communication with the company (My Panda Life) but when I contacted them directly they informed me that they had received no communication from Happy beds. I am still waiting for my refund even though I have sent the items back and am still being told it is being dealt with as a matter of urgency. Terrible service from start to finish, still not convinced I will receive my refund at all, which is really worrying.

Worst company I have had to deal with Avoid at all costs. Bed delayed by weeks. Not told until I called them they never called me. Had to choose a bed that we didn't want as one was out of stock. Bed came damaged and had to put it up anyway as we had let builders down three times as bed didn't turn up. It took two experienced builder to assemble. Offered to replace parts but no compensation even though I explained it would cost me the builders to rebuild it again. Customer service shocking.

I ordered a bed and mattress as a deal and was told the bed was out of stock after I asked why my bed wasn't delivered and was told it was going to be out of stock for a couple of months! I tried to return the matress and get a full refund for everything but said I had to pay a ridiculous amount for it to be collected! They said they emailed me to make me aware they the bed was out of stock but I did not receive the email. They also said that had it logged onto the computer that they rang and spoke to me for 6 minutes to say the bed was out of stock which I also didn't receive and im pretty sure I would remember if someone had called me! The lady on the phone was also rude to me and raised her voice! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY - WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN ORDER NOT DELIVERED ON TIME WAS ALSO SENT ITEM FROM DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS ORDER WHICH THEY HAD TO SWAP OVER AS NO OTHER IN STOCK, PLACED MY ORDER IN NOVEMBER AND STILL WAITING FOR ONE ITEM AT START OF FEBRUARY TO BE TOLD MAY NOW MAY BE MARCH

I bought the Blake White Wooden Guest Bed and Trundle Frame. Instructions were poor. The first time we used the guest bed the legs broke down. Luckily it didn't injured my children. Called the company and they refused to replace/collect it unless I disassembled and re-packaged it. I had already paid somebody to assembled it, so I should not be paying somebody again for a faulty bed that it is entirely their fault. Poor customer services. I was previously offered two pillows in exchange for a 5 * review on this item.

STAY AWAY, I paid £80 for nothing... Watch out for hidden terms and conditions... Delivery service is rubbish, was meant to be delivered on a Saturday, nothing comes... I check tracking and it says that the item was delivered and a card was left?! 1) No one came, I was waiting all day! 2) The location of the delivery was Heathrow, I am in West London!! I email 'HappyBeds' asking where my order is and they reply with: "there was a failed delivery, we will reattempt a delivery on Tuesday" Tuesday... Nothing, I check tracking which states my parcel has been successfully delivered and signed for, location: Heathrow?! After this I started reading reviews online, to find others who had similar stories: late/no deliveries, broken/missing parts etc... I email them to cancel the delivery and refund my order to which they respond with an £80 cancellation fee (not even mentioned in the terms and conditions!). Fine. I couldn't imagine the hassle of having to chase up my delivery only to fine parts missing/broken. I'm now £80 out of pocket compared to £330, all for nothing. I went to Argos and got my bed 3 days later.

Literally the worse company I've ever used First time I've ever ordered a bed online. All started out just fine, great communication, upgraded to 2 man delivery team, good prices ect Got a mattress delivered on Friday and no bed. Got told after waiting 6 hours and 5 recorded phone calls that there's a mistake and the bed will be delivered in 6 weeks. You've read that correctly, 6 weeks. Got a 33 week pregnant wife and no bed. You can just imagine how popular I am at home. My bedroom currently resembles train spotting. A mid 30's white guy on his own sleeping on a mattress After a bit of research it appears that the company was liquidated in 2013. The company was reformed and a new CEO was in charge and now the same CEO from the liquidation is back This company appears great, slick website and all the chat down the phone. But guess what. They don't have what they sell and still take the money. Bound to end up in hot water again because it's clearly a company that fills it's boots then shuts down and re-emerges as a new one. If you buy from here you need your head examined!

I would never order from this company again! The bed was awful and delivery was even worse. I paid extra for delivery to the bedroom of my choice and the three delivery men who arrived refused to take the items to the room. When I called customer service they were no help at all. They told me I’d receive a call back and I never did. I really wish I hadn’t of wasted the money on this company.

Sadly my experience with ‘Happy Beds’ was far from happy. Unfortunately, their terms and conditions should be read with acute detail. Sadly, the mattress that we ordered failed to fit up our staircase to our bedroom. Clearly we were disappointed, however, the delivery people insisted that it was not a problem and Happy beds would gladly take back the item. We were very appreciative and even tipped the delivery men £10 for trying to assist us. However, to my surprise and disappointment, later that afternoon I received a phone call from ‘Grabby Beds’ saying I needed to pay them £60 for the return and that the ‘brand new’ unwrapped mattress was of no use to them and that they would need to dispose of it. What an absolute madness and not to mention if true an environmentally toxic business model. Their customer service was, anachronistic, mindless, unsympathetic, inflexible and nonsensical. Do not buy from this firm.

Poor quality product. Bought an orthopaedic mattress for £200 that lasted for less than a year. Contacted them and they've done nothing although I showed them pictures of the middle of the mattress going down. They state they provide a 5 years warranty which is a big fat lie based on my awful experience with them . Avoid as the plague

Happybeds is cherry picking happy customers to leave reviews in return for free gifts. This may skew the rating on this page. This company is terrible customer services, chiki, and rude, I wouldnt advice to anyone to buy in here
