Ordered a bed from this company and was able to chose my delivery date. I was kept very well informed on the delivery day as to the whereabouts of my delivery and received a phone call 45mins prior to delivery. The delivery men were very professional and courteous. No problems at all with the item and I am very happy with the service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend

Ordered the Bed for my Daughter, there was an issue with damage to one of the boxes and slight damage to one item in the contents. Happy Beds were quick to respond and action via Courtney in the first instance and the refund/discount was organised and repaid by Sophie. Many Thanks

This is a personal Thank you to Lynsey who had to refund my money in full for a sofa bed I had ordered and paid for, only to find out later that the sofa bed was discontinued. I was very disappointed as I liked the sofa bed, but Lynsey sent out a personal email to apologise and made sure I had my refund in my account within the week after purchasing it. No fuss, no arguments, no waiting......Great personal service and again a Big Thank you to you Lynsey for sorting out my refund. It was a pleasant surprise to see the money in my account Janet

Can't fault this company. Placed out order and it was delivered within 2 days with regular updates on the time slot for thr delivery. The bed is of a really high standard and was surprisingly easy to build (as reported by my husband and sister) We were missing 4 small screws which i emailed about and Sophie got back to me really quickly, ensuring that I would have replacement sent via Royal Mail which I have since received.. I would highly recommend Happy Beds for all of the above reasons

Excellent after sales service from Sophie. My bed, purchased 4 years ago, developed a fault which made it unusable. After answering some questions and sending evidentiary photos the whole bed was replaced under manufacturer's 5 year warranty within a few days. Delivery was arranged by email, a 2 hour delivery window assigned, and the driver called 30 minutes before. All very polite, efficient and impressive.

Due to confusion on my part I needed to change the delivery address. Filled out contact form and Jennifer sent an email the same day to confirm that it had been changed. Excellent customer service so far and hope that all goes well with delivery. Thankyou Jennifer

I purchased a king-size bed from HappyBeds during the Christmas sale. However, due to delays with my builder, the room wasn’t ready for installation until April. When we finally attempted to assemble the bed ourselves, we discovered that the two side panels were different lengths. I reported the issue to the after-sales team and worked with Courtney, who responded very quickly after reviewing the photos I sent of the faulty parts. She coordinated the delivery of the replacement parts as requested, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, once we began assembling the bed with the correct parts, another quality issue became apparent — the surface layer of several laminated panels began peeling off easily, exposing a paper-thin laminate over a compressed core. This suggested that the condition could worsen over time. Given these quality concerns, I felt that the bed did not reflect the value I expected for the money spent, and I decided to return it. Online shopping can be stressful, especially for large items like a bed. Fortunately, the custom service team at HappyBeds worked closely with me throughout the process. They showed patience, understanding, professionalism, and provided prompt support to resolve the issues — which I found truly impressive. I’ll be returning for a better-quality solid wood bed in the next sale season. Recommended for their excellent customer service. Well done! Courtney and Shelby.

Hi all. I bought a bed, but after two week one gaspiston which help to lifting up the mattress with the frame, just start not working properly.I asked for the help and Jennifer from the team was helpful, keep me informed, wrote me many emails, finally the company sent a replace piston, thanks to Jennifer.

The customer service is amazing and would not be the same without Sophie. I updated my order twice and she was so helpful, polite, patient and understanding. I cannot say thank her enough. For me a "royal service". The Stockwell furniture are very pretty, very nice wood, warm colour but not too bright, fit perfectly to my bedroom, and prices are very competitive. I recommended HB already to my friends.

Great company, the item was delivered quickly and was excellent value. Unfortunately I'd ordered the wrong size so had to go through the returns process. I dealt with Courtney on the phone and via email, she was professional, friendly and very helpful. The return was simple and dealt with quickly. Would definitely recommend this company.
