I bought the Blake White Wooden Guest Bed and Trundle Frame. Instructions were poor. The first time we used the guest bed the legs broke down. Luckily it didn't injured my children. Called the company and they refused to replace/collect it unless I disassembled and re-packaged it. I had already paid somebody to assembled it, so I should not be paying somebody again for a faulty bed that it is entirely their fault. Poor customer services.
