Great quick and efficient service, good communication re the delivery. We had an issue with one of the drawer parts being damaged but Sophie was very helpful and arranged to have a replacement sent out to us 🙂

I had a bad experience with my purchase but Happybeds have been very helpful and understanding to help in particular Sophia has been very helpful to resolve and arrange the return the faulty mattress. Of course, I have no receive the refund to my account.

I have given four stars because, although I am happy with the bed (no pun intended), it was extremely difficult to assemble. I wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of a second person. That said, it does advise upon purchase that 2 people are needed. Even so, quite stressful and the video supplied is next to useless. No sound and not clear enough instructions. I also feel that extra fittings etc should be supplied in case of loss or damage, as there is no recourse if that happens and could scupper the whole operation. Please note: the mattress needs to be in place ON THE BED FRAME before attempting to close said frame otherwise the hydraulic pistons will not activate. The bed is very attractive and solid. My bed creaks horribly and I don't know how to fix it but overall, pleased with my purchase. Fair price.

Chloe restored my faith in customer service cause honestly of late I have felt like I was more of a burden than a potential customer. I saw a similar style of bunkbed at another shop, it was a few pounds cheaper and I could have it delivered next week but I will be waiting for Happy Beds to get stock in. Their pre-sale service is so friendly and helpful that I know if I have any after sales issues I wont have to climb mountains to get assistance. (they do deserve 5 stars but my granny also said everyone has room to improve, hence only 4)

We ordered the Pegasus high sleeper, which my son absoloutely loves! Unfortunately one part was missing when it arrived, due to a slighly damaged box. Sophie (customer services) was extremely helpful though and contacted the manufactuers, and arranged a delivery of the missing part within a few days. Great customer service.

The customer service of Happy Beds is excellent. Sophie particularly is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the bed and she dealt with it very nicely and swiftly. I am very impressed and haven’t seen such a good customer service in recent times.

Following a few issues with my order, I ordered a replacement bed, and was awaiting delivery date. I contacted Happybeds by email to enquire about delivery. Liv replied quickly and was able to confirm a delivery date, Liv was helpful and polite

Initial issue with the delivery as a part was missing. Contacted customer services - Aimee, who was very helpful indeed. She was kind and polite, and worked promptly to get things resolved. The replacement parts are on their way and her service has been excellent. Many thanks.

The beds are great and the customer service is really great. Liv, Harley, Melissa & Aimee all responded super quickly and sorted out the issues we had. Always nice, responding to questions, following up unprompted and always sorting the problems, which is rare these days. Just to say there were issues with the beds in the 2 orders we have made (ie a damaged part, some missing screws etc), but the customer service was so good I will keep buying from them. If it had been bad I would just have insisted on a return and never shopped there again. The missing/damaged parts were sent and the team updated me throughout. In comparison - other companies have trued to deny the issue or blamed me for them (gaslighting) which seems to be the norm these days - so I will never buy from them again - but the customer service here is really respectful and you feel you are actually a valued customer. Thanks again to Liv, Harley, Melissa & Aimee :)

I haven't received my bed yet and was concerned when I didn't receive a confirmation email. I emailed them through their website and Hatley replied really quickly with the confirmation. Only knocked it down a star because if I'd have automatically received the confirmation, I wouldn't have had to contact them and have the unnecessary worry. Looking forward to my new bed : )
