Dreadful company. Will take your money and refuse to deliver on services. Couriers dont keep to time.

I bought a bed for £450 so thought I was buying a decent bed. The bed is absolutely appalling manufacturing. It has solid corner posts but the middle section is literally cardboard! It's all out of shape, crushed all inside and looks terrible. I complained and after 3 months of constant chasing them I was told its not a manufacturing issue and no replacement or refund would be issued. I've never left a review before but I'm horrified at this company and don't want anyone else to lose money like we have. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am left without a mattress when my parents are coming tomorrow. I took 3 days off work as the delivery company can show up from 8 am to 6 pm. When actually they do not show up at all and let me know 5 days later that the mattress has been damaged. I then receive a guarantee that a new mattress would be delivered, another day off work later, the mattress is not delivered. This has been dragging for now more than 10 days. This is just an appalling service! SHOCKING!

Bought a bed on the 12th of February and paid through Amazon £9.99 for delivery. The day the delivery came my wife took a day off work and the delivery driver said he cannot bring it up the stairs to a first floor flat. I got a phone call later stating it would be more money for a two man delivery to re deliver the bed which would be £50. I asked to cancel the delivery and they have now said it is £80 to cancel it. I still do not have my bed absolutely horrible company do not ever buy off theses there customer service is none existent. I wish I never bought off them now. God knows what the bed will be like.

I wouldn't even give 1 star they delivered half a bed wish I hadn't taken the parcel they said it would take up to 12 says to locate the other half when I said I want my money back they said I had to put it in writing pay for and arrange for this parcel to go back and then wait for money will take a month discusted

How this company are getting away with treating and talking to costumers the way they do in this day an age is unbalivable really! Please please stay away from this company sleep on the floor if you have to they can’t get away with this anymore! Paid a lot of money for a bed that still isn’t here after 2 months and you’d think it was my fault! Wow just wow! I need to say it again but please please please take your money somewhere else!!

They didn’t deliver the bed when they were supposed to and then said they would deliver the next day, and then failed to deliver again. They left it so late they actually couldn’t deliver me a matress for Christmas as I needed. Poor communication, then they told me I’d have to wait until next week for a refund as it was close to Christmas. Dreadful communication, I had to chase them every st p of the way, and poor customer service. Don’t buy from these people - they are not honest

DO NOT USE!! The beds are cheap for a reason! Worst customer experience ever so don't even try to speak to anyone if something goes wrong as the managers are always 'unavailable as they are in a meeting'! Constant lies and trying to grab more money off you.. haven't received my bed but glad I haven't if this is the companies pocket that I would be lining!! many of their 5 star reviews ar written by themselves!

Happy bed's basically acused me of being a fraudster and told me to take my bussniess else where purely because I was paying with an international visa card. It was dealt with so poorly and would never recommend happy beds to anyone.

Steer Clear of These Time Wasting Cowboys Poor, very poor. Ordered, paid for and confirmed a new bed almost a month ago for delivery this week. Just been told that the bed is no longer in stock and can not be supplied. Should change name to unhappy beds! Poor service, poor communication and time wasted. I would steer clear of these time wasting cowboys and use a company who can deliver on their promises.

Absolutely diabolical!! Customer service no existent. Cannot remember every using such an awful company before. Would not recommend!
