I strongly advise not to buy items in this company. I bought a mattress medium firm and I received a firm, like a rock, it is impossible to sleep in it. I checked with other companies online which sell the same mattress and they confirm its firm. Happy Beds want me to pay the delivery for return the item when they sold me a wrong item. Thief

Do not risk your money or time. If something goes wrong, and it will, nobody will care and their refund process is designed to make you jump through hoops. The half-term week we stay in with the kids for this bed to arrive. It arrives with a duplicate box 3, which means we cannot build the bed. The team tell us that we will get a callback that day to confirm the third box being replaced. No call came. We rang them, they had gone home. We had to complain by finding out multiple employees emails as their contact system sends you down various rabbit holes designed to avoid you contacting them. After much noise Jade from Customer Support emailed me and then called my wife and made a promise that the missing parcel would be with us the following day. Even when confirming the missing box they got this wrong. We tsayed in all day only for this not to arrive and it took us phone calls to their courier company to realise the parcel was in south England, we are midlands and it won't be delivered. We have contacted Happy Beds who have told us they have shipped it on time, and they blame their courier company. Nobody can help, no idea when it will come, no compensation and when I said they can come and collect the boxes, they ranted on about a refund process involving photos of the boxes and packaging and that we need to send an email. All designed to avoid taking any responsibility. As i write this, I have no idea when this parcel will arrive or even what the contents of the boxes we have will look like. Next step will be legal. AVOID. Don't risk your money, go to a high street retailer where you can go in and get support and have real protection.

can't believe the utter disgrace of this company! spent hundreds on a bed which broke less than 6 months after purchase. company won't replace the part after consistently blaming me for the break. I'm now sat with a headboard that has broken parts of wood inside the fabric and a bed that is not suitable to use! avoid at all costs

If possible I would leave zero stars. First order arrived severely damaged, was sorted quickly however second order arrived a week later also damaged (box was battered). My three year old had now been without a bed for a week. Upon delivery the delivery men had not been instructed to take the old bed away despite happy beds informing me that this would be the case. I now have two large damaged beds blocking my hallway for possibly the next 20 days. Needing a bed desperately I agreed to possibly keeping the second bed for a discount. Happy beds have offered £15 for the damage on a £215 bed!!! Absolutely disgusted with this offer.

Incomplete parts sent to make bunk beds. Totally incompetent customer services team. So frustrated I don’t think they have any intention of sending the missing parts. I have now read so many bad reviews on this company I wish I had looked before I bought the beds. Totally disgraceful how they are still operating.

errible company terrible customer service. Paid for a bed and waited two weeks for delivery. Delivery drivers were not careful when delivering and even though I paid extra for two man delivery two people came but one man dragged each box upstairs. They sent me the wrong boxes and couldn't send anyone to collect for another week when collecting only could send one man so I had to get all the boxes back downstairs. Boxes collected waited a week for a refund still not received so called and advised not processed as I didnt email them to advise its been collected even though they knew exact date of collection and so will have to wait another week for my money they have had my money for 5 weeks! Staff are rude and unhelpful and no proactive in resolving the issues putting it on on me and numerous calls and emails I'm still waiting for my money. Buy your bed elsewhere. Not happy at all. Definitely not happy beds!

They sent me the wrong boxes and couldn't send anyone to collect for another week and when they could someone it was one man collection from doorstep so had to get all back downstairs. Boxes collected waited a week for a refund still not received so called and advised not processed as I didnt email them to advise its been collected even though they knew exact date of collection and so will have to wait another week for my money they have had my money for 5 weeks! Staff are rude and unhelpful and not pro active in resolving issues left it all up to me to resolve and have tried to keep my money for as long as possible. Buy your bed elsewhere. Not happy at all. Definitely not happy beds!

The quality of the product we received was poor. The bed has inconsistency in the padding of the footboard. Happybeds have refused to replace the faulty product, even stating it was a design feature. Also we received broken parts for the slats that support the mattress. They did send new parts for that but not without a number of follow up emails. They have offered me £33 to keep their faulty item. Absolutely dreadful company. So steer clear of them they clearly do not comply with consumer rights/laws, and will try to palm you off if something is not correct

These guys have the worst customer service I have every experienced with any company I've dealt with. It's interesting to see that their current companies house registration is only two years old, while this thread goes on for many more years, suggesting they're closed and reformed at least one. Low quality products that are potentially unsafe with absolutely terrible customer service. I'd avoid them like the plague.

Firstly, the bed was delivered outside of the time slot we was given the day before. Secondly, it was delivered with NO INSTRUCTIONS and NO BOLTS to put the bed together!!!!! How can can forget to put this in I don't know... Thirdly, after contacting and complaining about this I was told the bolts would arrive in up to five days. So that's a week with no bed. Absolutely disgusting. On top of this, they offered no option for a refund and collection. I would never order from them again. Save your time and money.

Took payment for bed and mattress, then 2 weeks later after we have sold our current bed and arranged pick up the day after Happy beds were delivering our new bed, they called and said the bed was discontinued. TWO WEEKS AFTER THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND COULD NOT PROVIDE THE ADVERTISED PRODUCT. Then when I asked to speak to a manager about the situation the consultant said that the manager was ‘in a meeting’ I then said that there can’t only be one manager in the whole business and she said that both managers were in the same meeting and would call me back when finished. Surprise, no one called. This company has taken our money and then inconvenienced us severely and then did not take responsibility for the situation. Absolutely shocking customer service.

I waited in two full days for a bed and mattress to be delivered. Neither date agreed did I receive any items from Happy Beds. After contacting the courier and Happy Beds to rearrange multiple times they still failed to deliver. What a terrible service, horrible customer support and to top it off I was threatened with charges to cancel my order. Even considering at no point was I at fault...

Ordered mattress over two weeks ago. Was given a 5 day delivery window!!! No sign of delivery at all nor any contact. Called on last delivery date to check and they said the order was stuck in the system. They couldn’t provide a clear future delivery date so I cancelled. I’m awaiting a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.

Delivered a useless cheap product which is not safe (on a kid product get paint stain even by light touch) after making to wait for 6 weeks. Failed to collect the product for nearly 1 month. After 2 failed attempts, had to escalate the issue. Horrible customer service, keep repeating Ts&Cs like a robot. No decency to accept failure and a practical sense to solve the issue. Stay away!
