Although there were a couple of issues with the order, these were very promptly and professionally dealt with by the amazing Sophie. She was always polite and patient even though it did require a little time and effort to sort things out. The bed looks fab now and we are happy customers with a happy and correct bed!

I messed up my order while the phone lines were closed, knowing this I called first thing this morning and got through to Sophie who was an absolute star. Sophie managed to sort out our order in record time and let me know what delivery on the day we planned might not be possible which was understandable. She was extremely apologetic, even though this was my fault. However in her follow up email she let me know that she has somehow sorted delivery for the day we originally requested. Which will make our house move so much easier. Sophie you’re a legend!

I had a bad experience with my purchase but Happybeds have been very helpful and understanding to help in particular Sophia has been very helpful to resolve and arrange the return the faulty mattress. Of course, I have no receive the refund to my account.

Blown away by the amazing customer service! I ordered a bed ready for my moving date and then this got delayed, I called Happy Beds and they were so helpful they held the bed for me, then once I had a moving date they delivered the bed the next day!! The bed is really good quality, easy to follow instructions and a very comfy mattress! Will be ordering again sound. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a little easier 🙂

Sophie was very courteous and efficient dealing with returning the mattress we ordered, which unfortunately couldn't get through our stairway. She also arranged the refund very swiftly. I only wish the courier cost could be less....

I received a bed over a week ago and the headboard was filthy, it is a white bed so it is extremely noticeable. After emailing I have been notified that this is a manufacturer issue and they have suggested the manufacturer send somebody to clean it but I have now emailed repeatedly, have not been given any further information only that the ‘manufacturer has my number’. My purchase was with Happy Beds, not the manufacturer and so as per UK consumer law I have a right to expect a speedy rectification through them, not to be passed off to an manufacturer directly and then ignored. I don’t want any direct contact with a manufacturer and as yet have heard from nobody. Furthermore the customer service have offered nothing for the inconvenience of having a filthy headboard arrive, no resolution to if the cleaning doesn’t work and no sign of when this will be fixed over a week later and have stopped replying. Shocking customer service and I will not be shopping with Happy Beds again.

Excellent bed. Very sturdy. Instructions were very clear. It took most of the day for my husband and I to put together. Our granddaughter was delighted with her new bed.

I have given four stars because, although I am happy with the bed (no pun intended), it was extremely difficult to assemble. I wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of a second person. That said, it does advise upon purchase that 2 people are needed. Even so, quite stressful and the video supplied is next to useless. No sound and not clear enough instructions. I also feel that extra fittings etc should be supplied in case of loss or damage, as there is no recourse if that happens and could scupper the whole operation. Please note: the mattress needs to be in place ON THE BED FRAME before attempting to close said frame otherwise the hydraulic pistons will not activate. The bed is very attractive and solid. My bed creaks horribly and I don't know how to fix it but overall, pleased with my purchase. Fair price.

To summarise, I waited there for over 5 hours and made several attempts to contact the driver who hung up on me. Delivery was cancelled later and you also required me to pay 50 pounds for rescheduling and 80 pounds deducted to get a refund, but again none of this was my fault. Sent emails for a long time and no reply, rang up and said to look at the emails and you said they were aware of it but no word back there. Firstly, the delivery time is from 8am to 10am. But I had called the driver at around 6 or 7am and managed to get in touch with him at that time but he said he couldn't reach the delivery area within the time limit and then I told him I could call him back in an hour and that he could also text me to let me know that I'd arrived, as I told them that I wasn't in the UK so they couldn't get through to me, which they kinda cleared up and confirmed. Secondly, but I kept calling them after that and called many times but he hung up on me all the time. Just now I called him again and still hung up! Every single time, it just doesn't work! I then went to customer service and explained to them why, and then said they could email or telecom me when they arrived, giving their contact details or a notification that they had arrived to me. Thirdly, prior to the delivery I had emphasised several times that I was not in the UK now my phone was not working and asked them to contact me by email and I also provided a new number, but the email only stated they were late and did not provide contact details. I have spoken to customer service many times and I have also provided the phone number of another person who accepts the delivery on WhatsApp above. And, you are the ones who did not deliver at the delivery time you specified, so if we need to change the delivery time, it should not be at our expense. I waited for several hours during your set time and you still did not arrive.
