Although there were a couple of issues with the order, these were very promptly and professionally dealt with by the amazing Sophie. She was always polite and patient even though it did require a little time and effort to sort things out. The bed looks fab now and we are happy customers with a happy and correct bed!

I was bowled away by the customer service, flexibility and all round help Sophie, Shelby and Aimee-Jayne gave me when buying beds in the last few weeks due to a house move. Cut above the rest so thank you all

I encountered incredibly poor service with this company. First, the bed was delivered with missing parts and no instructions. While I understand that human error can happen, I emailed them on Saturday to explain the situation and express my need for a bed in my new place. I received a response Monday morning, leading me to believe they were taking my issue seriously—only to face complete silence throughout the day. When I called, I was told there was nothing they could do over the phone and that I simply had to wait for an email. When Tuesday came and went with no communication, I finally received an email on Wednesday directing me to review the attached instructions and the missing parts. We did, but there was no follow-up. Then, on Thursday afternoon, I received another email saying the previous instructions were outdated and to review new ones—so we did. At this point, I was frustrated and tired of the back-and-forth. When I called again, I was told that I just needed to wait for an email, making the call feel pointless. Ultimately, I received yet another email today stating they would pass my issue to the manufacturers and get back to me in 3-5 working days. I ordered this bed a month ago, and the lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Users and get back to me in 3-5 working days. Delivery arrived next day as planned. Time slot provided the night before which was very useful. Delivery drivers friendly. Slight flaw in the headboard which was resolved by customer services promptly. Thank you Sophie for your excellent support to get this resolved in a quick and friendly manner.

I ordered a mattress from them but shortly after discovered it was no longer needed. I used the online order update without any difficulty. In checking the progress I used the online assistant, and with the help of Shelby and Amee-Jayne I received confirmation that the order had been cancelled. Great service, sorry about the mix-up.

The bed was delivered on time and in good condition, easy to put together. After a couple of days I noticed a small defect but Sophie on the customer service team was really helpful and got a replacement part sent to me. Great service.

I ordered a mattress only. Unfortunately I'd not read that if I wasn't satisfied I'd have to pay for the return and find a company to transport it. Sophie was v helpful sending me details of a site that could help me. Within 10mins of them receiving my return I was sent a full refund no problems or bother. Thank you

I would absolutely avoid this company at all costs, i am currently battling for this company to honour the consumer rights act and get them to collect a bed that has had an awful odour to it since i purchased it, likely formaldehyde off gassing from the MDF and Solvent, although they say its normal fire retardant. I've had inflammation of the throat from this and have had to dismantle and wrap the bed in industrial cling film for storage. They are so resistant to honouring a replacement or refund that they sent their regional sales manager round to inspect the bed, any guesses what his assessment was for his product. The worst thing is, they have agreed and then reneged then agreed and reneged a few times and now are telling me i need to pay for the returns, ( a king sized ottoman ). i appreciate they must sell good beds also, but its the way they treat customers who have a faulty bed that states the most about a company. Avoid at all costs. You will also find any negative comments about this company get deleted from their socials, so be sure to check real reviews.

Bed arrived faulty which judging from other reviews is a regular occurrence. Company still haven’t agreed to a refund despite sending them photos of the fault and all the other information they have asked for. I have no hope I will ever get my money back so please avoid using!!!

I sent an email asking if the delivery date could be changed. Shelby replied with confirmation and to say I would also be getting a refund as the date had changed from a Saturday to a Thursday. Great customer service thank you.

What a helpful customer service experience. I could only remember when we ordered the bed. Sophie found all we needed to resolve our issue and and has sent the parts out. After 3 years the bed was still under warranty… I was happy to buy the part, but Sophie sorted it all out. Great service. Thank you Sophie.

Recieved my delivery with broken pieces quickly resolved by sophie very polite and kept me updated with everything..the bunk beds could be stronger i will admit flimsy wood.not sure how long they will last.
