Although there were a couple of issues with the order, these were very promptly and professionally dealt with by the amazing Sophie. She was always polite and patient even though it did require a little time and effort to sort things out. The bed looks fab now and we are happy customers with a happy and correct bed!

The customer service of Happy Beds is excellent. Sophie particularly is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the bed and she dealt with it very nicely and swiftly. I am very impressed and haven’t seen such a good customer service in recent times.

Amazing response from customers service after having a slight issue with a bed, was all sorted within 3 days and a replacement being sent out, cannot fault this company for how quickly and efficiently they have delt with this, massive thank you to Sophie and Chantal for your quick response to my emails and for all the help.

I received a chest of drawers was all cracked on the top I spoke with Lizzie and Sophia they were both very helpful in arranging a refund although the item was damage customer service was v good.

Good responsive customer service! The bed arrived and it had been damaged in transit. The damage was not immediately apparent. i phoned Happy Beds and was really pleased at the helpful response i got from them - an immediate offer of replacement after i sent pictures of the damage. i got really helpful and friendly responses from both Sophie and Harley. Great customer service!

There was a hiccup with the delivery: the mattress was not sent with the three packages making up the parts of the bed. When the mattress was sent for delivery, the movers only delivered two packages of the bed and the mattress. Why this was so, I don't know. Eventually the missing package was found and delivered. All this took about three weeks. There was a certain urgency about my having a bed, but the reason for the delay is inexplicable to me. There are all sorts of possibilities for this, but I'm not going to speculate. There was a problem when the missing package arrived: one corner was clearly damaged, then when the package was opened, it revealed two damaged items, the more severe one being one corner of one of the two bed boards. The Customer Service's Lizzy offered either a replacement or a discount. I chose the latter because I needed a bed badly! This leads me to make s few points. The instructions need to be clarified to the least detail, since some signs were perplexing, and left to guesswork. While the bed-parts were well presented, the packaging was horrendous. More time was taken in collecting the fragmented debris that was floating around and sticking at everything than for assembling the bed! My final remark is to complement the two Customer Service agents, namely, Lizzy particularly, and I think Paige, who were most helpful and did what was asked of them when dealing with my problem(s). don't think it was the fault of Happy Beds
