“Although there were a couple of issues with the order, these were very promptly and professionally dealt with by the amazing Sophie. She was always polite and patient even though it did require a little time and effort to sort things out. The bed looks fab now and we are happy customers with a happy and correct bed!”

“Simple & no stress from start to finish. Had to change delivery date by a week but it was no problem & sorted within minutes. Delivery guys friendly & very helpful. 1 pack of slat holders misding from delivery but dispatched & received within 2 days. Will definitely be buying beds from here again”

“Ordered bunk bed. Idiots sent 4 correct boxes and one incorrect one from a different bed completely. If I place a new order - they promise super fast delivery for 1.5 days - but since they have my money, they won’t fix this mistake for a week. Customer service super disappointing. They are more than ok the fact o have lost £200 already by taking time off work for the scheduled delivery, and for my kids to be sleeping on the floor for a week, they blame their courier - think they need new staff and couriers! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - you will likely find the product elsewhere.”

“High quality red, really happy with this product and my children love them. We bought two different beds. Build time was significantly more than instructions suggest - that might just be me being slow, but definitely set aside half a day. I also had a mishap with one handle, but support were extremely responsive and Kelly resolved this straightaway and with zero fuss. Highly recommended both the bed and the service!”

“Ordered mattress and protector Wednesday , Mattress arrived by 8.30am Friday morning,Protector was missing,rang and spoke to Lynsey who was very helpful, she explained the protector would arrive that day by a different courier,It arrived lunch time,very pleased with the service overall”

“wow i’m so happy with the customer service i have received. thanku so much jennifer for dealing with my enquiry quickly. we have had a bed from this company a year or so ago. it’s great quality n we love it for our daughter. after building it, my husband threw away the tool. so i rang up yesterday to see if i could enquire about the tool. due to my husband changing the room around and moving the bed. jennifer dealt with this and has sent us a new one out. thanku for looking after us as an old customer. i highly recommend”

“Excellent service from start to finish bed arrive on time did take all day to put together put pleased with product my son says it’s very comfortable and solid did have a damaged part which is being replaced no problems thanks to Sophie who has kept me informed with e-mails well recommend”

“Needed to change the delivery date and with a quick form to fill in I received an email from Sophie informing me not only that it had been altered but also with the time slot and the phone call I would receive 1-2 hours before delivery. All was extremely helpful”

“This company provides excellent customer service, and value for money. From ordering online right through to the delivery, the service was impeccable on the three occasions I have purchased mattresses. As an addition I forgot to apply the discount on one of my orders, and they fixed it there and then, which was exceptional. I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Sophie in customer services as been a huge help to me following some delays in getting my room ready for my new bed. I was really panicking, thinking I would have no where to store the bed.
