The customer service is really good. What I was not happy about is delivery guys they had some staff missing on my delivery now had to wait for 5-7 working days for my remote control and Screws for the bed while I’m sleeping on the floor.

The customer service was really good, but the manufacturers have offered me a replacement, which I didn't really want. I wanted a stronger bed, the bed they are replacing virtually collapsed after just over a year

Unfortunately our item was damaged in several areas. Though the packaging and delivery was first class. However the customer service was brilliant. Sophie helped deal with my enquiry being very quick with her responses and keeping me updated each time. She understood my reasonings and was most helpful. I was offered a full refund in exchange for disposing of the bed at my recycling centre. This was most satisfactory and i have now ordered my bed elsewhere. Shame about the bed as was a good price and nice bed had it not been damaged, but overall happy with the service received. Thankyou for your help sophie.

Ordered a "Tuscan White Wooden Staircase Bunk Bed". Scheduled it to arrive the day before our childrens birthday, so we could take their room apart and set it up on their birthday whilst at school. We arranged this a month in advance, paying extra for the named day delivery - and checked a few days in advance to ensure all was on track and was assured it was. We got a 2 hour timeslot the night before from Pather Logistics, but upon checking the tracking the next morning it said 'Delivery Unsuccessful' due to incorrect weights and dimensions. I chased it numerous times for hours, only to be told it wouldn't be delivered - wasting a day off spent at home to receive it. Was then told it would be arriving the following day, and they would try and prioritise delivery - only to watch it circle around us nearby for hours until it turned up in the afternoon, so we had to spend almost all of our childrens birthday in chaos and unable to celebrate due to HappyBeds and Panther Logistics letting us down. Also - it states it takes 2 hours for 2 people to assemble it. Absolute nonsense, it takes at least 8 to 10 hours. It can't be assembled in position as you need to access all around it, and it weighs almost 200kg (~30stone) so required even more people to move it finally into position. We are happy with the bed now - it's just a shame for the failed delivery, wasted time and a spoiled birthday. Lizzy and Livia were very friendly and helpful, but that doesn't help when the compay can't deliver as agreed. Be wary of purchasing if you need it on a specific date. Also be mindful it takes a LOT longer than specified to assemble. The bunk bed itself is great and the kids love it. It is very sturdy and just what we wanted. If it wasn't for the poor delivery and assembly experience meaning we weren't able to celebrate our childrens birthday until the day after due to the delivery shambles and having to have a bed assembled on their birthday to sleep in, this would be a 5 star review. HappyBeds - sort our your delivery company, as they are costing you poor reviews. Your team and the bed are great, the delivery let you and us down. The order number is #1000507021 to save HappyBeds saying they can't identify the order, which seems to happen on most reviews here.

Have had a mixed experience with Happy Beds and so was thankful to have a good customer service agent to support me. The quality of the bed and mattress themselves don't seem to be the highest, with a few loose threads on the headboard and a slight tear in the mattress seam, but not enough to warrant returning and for the overall price I suppose I can't complain too much. Frustratingly, 3 parts that appeared to be missing had actually been packaged in the headboard but with no mention of this in the manual, and which weren't discovered until the following day after contacting customer services. I appreciate this fault lies more with the manufacturer, but is something that has hopefully been fed back as I can't be the only person to have been confused by this. I had also initially been told the bed and mattress would be delivered separately, then told these would come together by the same courier, but in fact actually did arrive separately. Fortunately someone was in to receive both but communication around this wasn't the best. I have to say though that Chantal who dealt with my queries was very understanding and pleasant, so thank you Chantal for being helpful and making things easier on the whole. While I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend Happy Beds, it's fair to say they do offer reasonably priced beds and mattresses with a helpful team to support a less than perfect logistical operation.

The mattresses arrived on time however the bunk bed took an additional month and a half to be delivered. Aimee was very, apologetic, helpful, friendly and informative.

Still waiting for resolution to pull out bed unable to make due to part, but responding well to my issues, so hopefully a resolution soon awaiting new part

Unfortunately we received an incorrect box which meant our bed could not be completed and we had to ask Aimee to sort it out which she did as fast as she could. The bed head was also damaged so Aimee arranged a small refund which was arranged immediately after we confirmed agreement. We are extremely satisfied with the assistance Aimee provided however we are still waiting for the delivery company to contact us re the exchange!

Had some problems with the order phoned them up and spoke to a lovely person called Aimee who was very understanding and sorted the problem out and saved me alot of money for delivery charges abit happier now

Unfortunately we had a problem with the mattress and had to arrange a collection and refund. Amiee has made this process easy. Excellent customer service. Just waiting for the refund 3 to 5 days . Delv/collection tracker is brilliant. Lovely delv guys.

Aimee was extremely helpful with my refund, so would rate the customer care 5 stars. However the bunk bed that was delivered had one of the main frames cracked through , which was mostly annoying because we had cleared up the bedroom, dismantled the single bed, took the three heavy packs of bunk bed upstairs… to find out that the wood was cracked therefore unsafe to use. Repackaged everything, moved all back downstairs, had to wait a few days for the collection. On the whole I was reassured by the customer care, such a shame the wood was cracked.
