So so mad with this company!! I placed an order for a £135 grooming table on 12th July for which they promptly took payment. The following day I telephoned to see if I could add some shampoo to the order, which once again they did, promptly taking the payment. Yesterday 18th July I telephone to ask where it is and was told that the black one was out of stock but they had the blue. No phone call, email or txt to let me know this. The girl was rude, speaking over me and completely dismissive. No apology whatsoever! I was told that the order with be with me today before 1pm....nothing! I wrote a email to the 'customer service' yesterday....no reply.....furious! It would appear that they are only interested in the large business orders and not the one man bands such as myself. GROOMERS IF YOUR NOT GOING TO SEND ME MY OREDR....GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Ordered product after being seduced by the statement.. order before 2.pm and goods will be despatched the same day. 3 days later still waiting for goods to be despatched!!!!!!! Money taken immediately..goodness knows when, or if I will receive the goods. Poor customer service..online chat still not operating.

I specifically went to buy some groomers shampoo products as there was a special offer of 20% off Groomers Branded Bathing. As of 26th May 2017. I made my payment through PayPal waiting for the box to enter the discount code to come up. All through the process it didn't come up so in the end I paid full price for my items. I emailed Groomers to ask for a refund for what would be the discount or credit would have been fine. I've heard nothing from them at all and am very disappointed with the service or lack of. Customer service non existent in this matter.

I had a very bad experience placing 2 orders both times. For my first order instead of scissors holder I received a blade rack and instead of 6 finger exercisers I received 1. I didn't complain about the order because I live in another country so returning would take long time. The second time I ordered, they canceled my order because the billing address was not right. They sent me an e-mail and waited 1 day for me to answer and just canceled it. I left a phone number, which is another way to contact me but they didn't. Anyway when I saw the e-mail I replied asking if I can order again, no one answered me. After the second e-mail I sent, telling them it is not correct how they managed the situation and I will not order from them again - they didn't answer at all to both e-mails. I am not from UK and they don't send to counties other than UK, that's way I had to enter a UK address of my friend. The problem is - the first time it worked and I got my package but the second time - they wrote to me it is a fraud.

I bought 2 straight razor line scissors one were 7.5" and others 8.5" when I received them they were blunt. I had an apology and I've got to send them but I'm disgusted they would sell scissors blunt and should do their checks properly. I'm never shopping here for scissors again. I have bought scissors from Nick Kontos before and going to continue my shopping there from now on. You've lost a customer here groomers!

Good Afternoon Jodie Anne I'm sorry you are disappointed with your scissors - have you sent them back to us as we obviously need to take this up with the manufacturer? We would never knowingly send out faulty goods and always go out of our way to rectify any issues whilst also resolving any problems we may have with our suppliers. They sent me the wrong product. I contacted them last week and am still awaiting a response so I can return it for a refund. I appreciate mistakes happen, but not responding to an email about it is not acceptable. Very poor customer service indeed. Won't be using them again.

called to purchase a bath, advisor was very unhelpful and sounded like she couldn't be bothered. So i decided not to bother either and went elsewhere. poor service.

Staff didn't telephone back as they said they would. No knowledge on the product I inquired about. I only bought the product as I could not find it anywhere else, this is not the first time this has happened, last time i did find an electric grooming table with another company, this time I had to purchase my cabin drier from you, I would not recommend Groomers to any of my friends.

Order ONE product and they took the money out of my acount for three of them. When I then went to on and phoned them nobody know what to do!

To ensure I received the correct order I phoned first and was assured the correct item would be sent, I did this as they had sent the wrong item on a previous order. The item arrived and was missing the exact part I had phoned to check would be included, also it was scratched, so I asked for a replacement. On receiving the replacement I realised the original item sent had in fact been the wrong item all along. The selection and price are both incorrect on the website for this item and even if you ring you still get the wrong item sent. The stock is good quality, but if every time I order I get the wrong item it seems a waste of my time ordering, it also takes ages for the Customer Service to answer the phone when trying to rectify a problem that is their fault. I would really have to want a particular item before ordering from them again, very disappointing.

Smell absolutely nice but lack of information about where lavenders and mint made from is fragrance or pure natural essential oil? If pure natural essential oul then it would be good benefits for dog as lavenders and mint keeps fleas away from dog Quite shame of no information about ingredients. Owner of Akita.

After 7 days no communication from Groomers to say they did not have the item they advertised and I paid for. I had to 'phone them to establish that fact! I wait to see if they can supply me with an alternative as promised.
