Totally wrong item sent out! I have emailed them on several occasions but didn’t even have the decency to reply. All I want was the right one sent out. So be careful when ordering anything.

Disappointed- as the packaging and write up seemed inviting. The products themselves when put on my bathed dogs. Left a totally different smell to which they were apparently likened to. So sorry I can’t recommend.

Received a used blade in my order? The blade had been used and put back in packaging? I contacted groomers about this and still had no reply, also the lid on my spray was all smashed.

The product I ordered showed as in stock on your website. ( blaster) I ordered it but it was out of stock and you didn’t bother telling me. Very poor first experience for a customer

Hi Helen, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your item has not yet arrived - this is the first correspondence we have had with you regarding this issue. I have looked into this further and it would appear there has been some sort of delay with Royal Mail, despite the fact we dispatched the order on the same day. I cannot review the product as I have not yet received it! I have received no tracking information so am in the dark as to where it is. I can’t contact Groomers.

Hi Vicky, A confirmation email was sent to you when the parcel was dispatched - please check your spam or Junk folders just in case. With regards to the parcel itself, we have tracked the parcel on the Courier website and it was delivered on Monday 22nd October at 11.30am. Overall I'm disappointed with my recent order. Firstly I paid for express delivery which didn't happen but I was reimbursed and customer service were very helpful. However, upon using my new 7FC black andis blades they dragged through the dogs coat. I ordered 3, opened 2 and after using them realised they weren't fit for purpose. I'm returning all blades and had to order 3 new blades (silver as a matter of urgency. I've been told I may not receive a refund for the opened packaging on the blades. The product is obviously faulty. I'm not sure if I will continue to use Groomers as my supplier.

Table arrived the wrong colour and damaged, also with nails poking out of the packaging which one of my members of staff cut her hand on. Customer service from Sian was shocking. She promised me a call back on Monday.... no call back... I called Wednesday.... again she promised a call back on Wednesday and heard nothing. Sian clearly does not listen on the phone as I had to tell her 3 times that she had the wrong address but she kept repeating the same wrong address. Not impressed.

Hi Davina, We would like to apologise for sending the incorrect table and can only apologise on behalf of the courier, who had accidentally damaged it during transit. I understand that you spoke to us yesterday on the phone and have also been in contact with us via email. With regards to the addresses, we have multiple accounts for you on our system which may have caused the confusion surrounding the delivery address, however, clearly there was a miscommunication on our part. Ordered two items only one turned up rung up to find out what had happened to be told one of the items was not even in stock after taking my money so i had to wait for a refund and didnt even get an email to explain the item was not in stock i reordered and stated i would not be willing to pay for delivery again which i didnt have to but just a lot of inconvenieace really

I’ve used Groomers for years. I picked standard delivery as it said things were sent 1st class Royal Mail. Chased after a week customer services no idea as to the order hadn’t been sent out, payment had been taken so said sending express delivery. That’s two days later in the afternoon when most people are out. I had expected express next day at least. One of the products wasn't desperately needed when ordered, but has now caused problems for me. On this occasion I’m disappointed sad to say.

Products price was listed in error so was removed from my order - no option given to keep product for a higher price. Order wasn't shipped out until I contacted to say it hadn't arrived, five days later, missing the day I needed one of the items for.

Absolutely the worst ever customer service I have ever experienced. Equipment was in poor and used condition. They sent me a used product when I ordered and expected to receive something brand New. I have been calling every other day to chase up my refund. It has been over 2 weeks I also had to pay the post and packaging cost for returning a product that was pre used. Do NOT order from this company. I repeat Do NOT order from this company. 100 percent the worse company in the UK and most untrustworthy customer service I've ever experienced. I cannot be anymore clearer do not use this company "GROOMERS"
