This company resorted to personal attacks on my character when we clashed over an issue. They emailed my ex tutor with defamatory language in an attempt to discredit my character. Fortunately this did not work. Instead it did the opposite. It has made your company look very unprofessional indeed. The staff at Groomers online seriously need a lesson in good customer service instead of personally attacking your customers in this way.

I’ve been in all day today, and was in all day yesterday, but have received four texts from your delivery company saying they could not deliver because I wasn’t in.

No notice taken of delivery information, emailed to complain was told someone would get back to me they didn’t. Won’t be recommending the site.

Ordered blades on a express delivery for an extra £6 ordered thur before 2pm and came mon eve!

I had saved stamps to buy some Things and send you the cards with stamps on before Christmas and you never sent me anything or even emailed or sent letter as to why!

i have purchased my grooming items from groomers starting when they only sold shampoo, so when my clippers blew up I went to their web site to buy new ones, 2 days later the clipper where reduced when I ask if I could have them at the reduced rate I received am email saying I should have called their office for discount information and as I didn't too bad. I feel the loyalty I have shown them over the years was all one sided. in the future I will get all of my grooming supplies from a more customer friendly company

You took my money when you knew the item was out of stock and did not inform me of this. You said you had reimbursed me and yet five working days after you said you had done this, the money has still not been paid into my account. Extremely annoying - where is my money. This is my first experience dealing with you but I assure you I will not be back.

Disappointed after paying for express delivery (assuming this would mean next day & ordering at 8am) to findit had been sent on a 48 hour delivery. Was offered a refund of delivery charge but still not received it. Despite calling twice.

I'm waiting for my order for a month and a half, and when I complained about it after a month I got some nonsense answer about wrong address on a shipment, and not that same person is not even answering my mails.

was sent the wrong product! The product I ordered was out of stock so waiting for a refund. Waited 5 days fir my delivery due to the courier taking the parcel back to their depot and then it was wrong! The product they sent me was similar but £100 cheaper ! Think the warehouse staff need further training !!

I placed my order online August 22 with a confirmation of "standard delivery". I didn't hear anything about my order until I contacted Groomers Aug 31. They advised me that the delivery company attempted 3 different deliveries to my home, but no card was left nor any emails sent. How was I to know? I finally got my order September 6. Unbelievable poor delivery service. I did get a simple apology but I will not use Groomers again. I did also order from another large pet supply company for another order at the same time and received it quickly with no issues. I will use the company that can deliver.

when I had a problem with my dog clippers they went ahead with work I had not authorised and then wanted to charge me £35 for fitting a 50p blade lock!! When I wasn't happy with the charge they were not interested and actually suggested I pay £10 to have the clippers returned to there original condition. I will never order from them again as their customer service was non existent. They also admitted they had a problem with the service team going ahead with work before clearing it with the customer.

Groomers have now resolved this with Mrs Thomas. She is collecting her repaired clipper for which she has not been charged. This is as a gesture of goodwill in light of any confusion. All of Groomers servicing and repair details are displayed on our website and any questions can be answered by calling our servicing department on 01635 279821.

Ordered the wrong comb attachments as viewed on website for the clippers I bought. Customer service not interested. My fault!!! Im stuck with them. Poor customer service
