“I brought some grooming combs and brush for my puppy cocker spaniel. Also brought some shampoo,detangling sprayand purfume spray. I bathed him today and used them and he looks really lovely and smells so nice. His fur is tangle free and soft. Definately recommend.”

I have investigated your complaint and can see you were issued with a prepaid label to return your item on 23rd March, however the tracking shows this label has not yet been used. We are more than happy to replace or refund your item, but we do ask for the faulty item to come back to us as per our returns procedure and the email sent. “Although I have not yet received the product I ordered, this is by my own choice as I rang them to defer delivery as I was unexpectedly away from home. They were most accommodating in allowing my to choose a new date and I have subsequently had a telephone call to confirm the date upon which they will now dispatch my item. All people that I have spoken to have been very courteous and friendly as well as business like.”

“I ordered a Groomforce Marstro 11 dog dryer from Groomers World and also telephoned them for advice. The staff member I spoke with was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and the dog dryer arrived quickly and was well packaged. I am very pleased with the product and based on my experience, I would recommend Groomers World and would not hesitate to order from them again.”
