After I placed the order I received a telephone call to advise it was being cancelled as the items were out of stock - despite the website staying that they were both in stock. No offer was made to assist further to try to obtain the items for me. Most unsatisfactory.

Lost first order then arrange second for Saturday delvery then change date again told person on phone that work till 1 in the week and was not home then get email timed just before 5 telling me it is not till Monday not happy

After placing an order online they called me the following day to say they did not have the items I had ordered and so would issue me with a full refund. The following day they took the funds from my account?? I am still awaiting my refund??! Not happy customer!

Dear Yvonne, We were sorry the items you required were not in stock. We also advise that unfortunately, once a payment has been processed it is standard practice for financial institutions to allow up to five days for a refund to appear on an account. This is standard throughout many banks. This may not have helped you at the time so we do apologise for any convenience our stock levels caused. Thank you very much for your patience. I placed an order and paid £6 extra for Express Delivery and I am still waiting 3 days later! I am very disappointed with the service.

My experience on this occasion has been totally grim! I waited in all day yesterday for the courier (not even walking the dog in the field opposite our house until 8pm much to her disgust. I gave up waiting in (I work from home) when I checked the citylink website only to discover that they had allegedly called after my husband got home from work, and again allegedly left a card. We have both looked in the letter and parcel box to no avail. as a result I am going to have to drive a 30 mile round trip to collect the parcel. I just hope that whoever they did leave the card with does not receive the parcel.

i ordered goods online on 12 September 2013 as it was after 2 pm expected order to take effect from 13 September advised e-mail would be sent when goods dispatched as delivery time 2/3 days.it is now late pm on 19 September still no order or e-mail.its only a simple brush! totally unacceptable delay as many other goods ordered from different suppliers have already been received

I'm a pet owner, not professional.Bought a large pin brush. It looked good, felt good. Handle a bit small for my taste. Use maybe 5 minutes a day, on a Pyrenean. Ok , is a big dog, but how do you justify the handle snap in half in just 8 weeks? It wasnt a cheap brush.

Ordered a pair of clippers to replace previous ones that have broken countless times paid for 'express delivery' 5 days a go still havent arrived so unable to keep my business going. Rang yesterday to find out what was going on and you didn't have any record.of order even though i had the order number in front of me and online it said processing and the money has been taken out the account! Was then told I would be called back and that never happened. Disgusting service will not be using you again you have caused me to lose a lot of business. Oh, and still no clippers!!

I have contacted you about my complaint and have had no reply I never knew I had no blade when the clippers were £145 when other were £129 with blade I would not buy from you again as I have before a lot of times when you buy in a shop you know what you have bought so in the end happy with what you buy as now I regret shopping with groomers on line

I placed an order on Thursday, choosing specifically to pay for 'express delivery' having read the website which states that 'delivery is normally the next day if ordered Mon-Thu'. I received an e-mail on completing my purchase advising that I would receive another e-mail to confirm when my items have been dispatched. It's now Sunday. No e-mail. No goods received. Payment taken from my account. Not sure the people at Groomers UK have quite understood the concept of 'Express Delivery'.

Ordered an electric table on thursday 11.07.13 was due for delivery Tuesday 16.07.13, had a voicemail left on monday 15.07.13 to advise courier had let them down and I would be contacted the following day, received no call so had to call myself, was assured the table would arrive wednesday by 5.30pm, waited until 6pm, no table and no call to advise why, called on the thursday, told table would arrive by 12 noon (promised), no table at 1.30pm so called again and was told was on route, table arrived eventually at 2.30pm approx, delivery driver left the table outside the premises as couldnt get the pallet through the door, left me to get the table inside myself, female - overall the worst service I've had in a while!

tried to deliver item to wrong address. Left card at wrong address. Spent 30 mins on the phone to get through to an operator to arrange a redelivery. Operator didnt know what a thatched house was. Very poor. Certainly not express delivery as paid for.
