Still have not received goods even though they have asked to write a review. I had been promised goods would arrive Saturday over a week later. I'm still waiting, I was promised the couriers would contact me to let me know when they would deliver phone and email are silent!! This is not the first time I have had problems with delivery from this company I don't have this problem from anyone else,and I always have goods delivered to an address where there is always someone to take delivery so there is no excuse of no one being at home. Will not be using again

For the second time I have placed an order only for that stock to be unavailable. Will not be looking at this site any more.

Friendly customer service operators, though delivered wrong information. Order placed 2 weeks before christmas, confirmed with customer service the following day on the phone. Told that order was ready to ship, wait for tracking number (express delivery). One week before Christmas i phoned again, to be told that order had been refunded as item being discontinued.

I ordered some goods and I was missing a clipper blade insert. I emailed Sarah at Groomers twice about this and I've still not heard back.

I requested a free catalogue from the website over 3 weeks ago. It never arrived so i thought i would order another one to try again about a week ago and it still has not arrived. I followed the instructions on the website, it clearly states its a free catalogue and i don't need to purchase any other items ?!?. I am very interested in buying quite a lot of stuff and prefer having a catalogue to flick through. I am starting a grooming course and require a lot of equipment and then will continue the need to purchase as i will be doing grooming as my job. But as a new customer i am starting to loose my confidence in receiving my items. Sorry to rate so low but that has been my experience so far. Please let me know if i have done something wrong as to why i have no received my free catalogue.

Hi Folks, The postal delivery of the items was fine but the first time I used the combined spike and brush unit several of the fine wire teeth fell out. Needless to say I suspect that with continued daily use brushing my two Border collies it will not be long before the brush will be pretty toothless as I expect other wire teeth will detach themselves and follow suit. Given that I can't be bothered with the return tasks I will buy an alternative brush elsewhere and bin the Groomer's product. The other bristle brush is fine. Andy

Unfortunately on this order I was very dissatisfied. I placed an order on a Wednesday express next day delivery and it won't be turning Up until tomorrow which is a week after the placed order. Apparently my order hadn't gone through the online system dispute payment being taken.

These trimming clippers were recommended for use on dogs, to trim faces, paws around tails etc. After about 3 - 4 minutes they stopped working in spite of being oiled and all instructions carefully followed. I noticed on the instruction sheet that they were intended for humans. I have e.mailed the company to see about a refund as they simply do not do the job as advertised.

We are sorry you did not receive your item when it was expected. Please note that with heavy objects such as baths and tables, we do need to arrange for a pallet delivery as items cannot be delivered as standard packages. Very disappointed. A dog trouser suit arrived damaged and the attitude of the person on the phone was rude and insulting. I had asked for sizing advice before purchase, but it was still a bad fit as it was way too long in the legs. Thus i didn't want a "replacement" produce, but want a refund. The expensive lead i ordered is very disappointing so i shall be sending that back too. I will not be buying anything again.
