“So so mad with this company!! I placed an order for a £135 grooming table on 12th July for which they promptly took payment. The following day I telephoned to see if I could add some shampoo to the order, which once again they did, promptly taking the payment. Yesterday 18th July I telephone to ask where it is and was told that the black one was out of stock but they had the blue. No phone call, email or txt to let me know this. The girl was rude, speaking over me and completely dismissive. No apology whatsoever! I was told that the order with be with me today before 1pm....nothing! I wrote a email to the 'customer service' yesterday....no reply.....furious! It would appear that they are only interested in the large business orders and not the one man bands such as myself. GROOMERS IF YOUR NOT GOING TO SEND ME MY OREDR....GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!”

“Purchased an Aquasorb Towel recently as my dogs old one had seen better days. That it lasted well over two years was a credit to the product considering my Welsh border collie is a magnet for mud and on the driest day in the middle of summer will find some mud to paddle in. Ordering was straightforward using the website and delivery was prompt and on time. Poppy not so pleased as she would rather stay wet and muddy and spread it all over the floor.”

“This would be a five star review, as the clippers I ordered arrived quickly and are everything they are advertised to be, EXCEPT that I went back into the website the following day to order some comb attachments and kept getting the messa, 'There are no couriers available to deliver to your country.' I ordered from Scotland and Groomers seems to be UK based, the previous order came quickly via DPD. Seemed very strange. When I tried to ring, there was no one to anser the phones. We are in a pandemic, of course, so my inability to contact anyone was not terribly surprising. This situation continued, so I ended up going elsewhere for the attachments.”

“Website says you are open. I ordered and payed for a blaster on the 8th of May. Have only received confirmation of order and nothing else! There has been no communication/ update. Cannot get through on the phone!”
