“Bought 2 Flairosol bottles - best value I could find these online. Prompt, efficient postage. However one item slightly damaged on receipt so could do with more packaging. Didn’t attempt to return as decided to live with it for the cost.”

“My experience with groomers online is always a positive one when it comes down to product quality, and speed of despatch. Unfortunately their delivery company ‘FedEx’ lets them down hence only 4 * They delivered to wrong address despite it being correct on the package and even marked the item as I had signed for it ( which I did not !) I have a ‘Ring’ and fortunately for me could evidence that. Eventually I received my order but I’m certainly not happy at paying for postage for such a poor service from FedEx.”

“I trim my own dogs, a Westie and Llasa and when they have a short trim there are plenty of very short hairs that weave themselves into the surface of the mat they stand or lie on. I bought this mat as 1) it looked pretty and more important 2) it states that is wipable so I was hoping that very short hairs would vacuum off or shake off but they don’t, so the materials’ weave allows hair penetration. Albeit it takes a good while to decontaminate the mat of most of the hair some still remain so will build up over time. A little disappointed with it.”

“Customer Services need revising. I purchased a plastic bath that screws onto legs that also screw together to make a stand This was to enable me to put it in my bath and not have to kneel over the bath when shampooing my small (7 kilo) dog. It arrived extremely quickly, was well packaged and does indeed fit into my bath. Perfect!! Unfortunately, several of the screws were missing, which rendered it unfit for use. It took several phone calls plus emails, and over a week before anyone got back to me. However, when Groomers DID get in touch, they were very helpful and apologetic. The missing screws arrived the next working day. The bath is brilliant (now I’m able to fit it together and use it) and makes it so much easier for me to bathe my nervous rescue dog. Thanks, Groomers - we got there in the end!”

“Prompt and efficient service. Ordered a grooming stone and a detangling comb both work fine. Might be a idea to link items to best for type of breed. To help novice groomer choice the correct tool for the job”
