“The grooming tool is certainly capable at stripping out the tangled fur from our cockapoo, but it does take a lot of effort and time. I also found that I was developing cuts on the fingers. At first I thought that they were paper cuts, but after a couple of days I found that it was the blades of the groomer tool. I still use it because it is very effective, but I am very careful when I hold the tangley bits of fleece with my left hand.”

“Glide conditioner is very good and helps with knots on coat however the spray is temperamental sometimes it works ok and then it won’t work and then it won’t stop spraying out the product”

“I purchased a small hydraulic table from Groomers. The website is easy to navigate and ordering was easy . There was a problem with the delivery but after a few emails this was resolved and the missing items located. The courier had delivered to the wrong address and we collected it ourselves. The table is not very stable and the surface is very plasticky and not non slip. Quite disappointed really as it was expensive.”

“Having tried other de tangling sprays there was a base line to to use for comparison and this product has worked the best of all on my cavapoo, which tangles very easily. Now it is not a problem any more.”

“Haven't used these yet but delivery was quick and the clippers look very heavy duty and robust The parcel was unfortunately left outside the front door which I was very unhappy about but this is a problem with the courier not the product”

“Ordered a muzzle and a few other bits on Monday I urgently needed and expected a good service from groomers as I’ve ordered from them before, but it got to Friday and I hadn’t received my goods and it turned out for some unknown reason they hadn’t shipped my order out, they were quick to sort my order out and and also send a second muzzle on a next day delivery and also refunded my postage. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.”
