My experience with groomers online is always a positive one when it comes down to product quality, and speed of despatch. Unfortunately their delivery company ‘FedEx’ lets them down hence only 4 *
They delivered to wrong address despite it being correct on the package and even marked the item as I had signed for it ( which I did not !)
I have a ‘Ring’ and fortunately for me could evidence that. Eventually I received my order but I’m certainly not happy at paying for postage for such a poor service from FedEx.
